Hello friends, it’s Friday, December 18th, welcome to Visionary Express, I’m Jing Yuan Tang.
Yesterday we just discussed the topic of the inaction of the judiciary and the difficulty of counting on Trump, and before we knew it, there was a big story about the Federal Supreme Court. And it’s true to the idiom that misfortune does not come singly, as two stories have broken, pointing directly at Chief Justice John Roberts.
This is the second time that the Supreme Court’s image of fairness, rigor, and justice has taken a serious hit, following the dismissal of the Texas lawsuit. If the public was disappointed with the Supreme Court in the Texas lawsuit, yesterday’s scandal about Roberts has brought the public to a level of contempt and disdain for the Supreme Court, once considered the embodiment of justice.
Today we will discuss this topic first, and see what kind of “pseudo-conservative” Chief Justice Roberts is, which has long been seen by his Chinese friends.
Scandal Exposed Supreme Court Conspiracy to “Do Away” with Trump
The first scandal comes from Barrister Linwood. He posted a tweet just after 1 p.m. yesterday saying that in a phone conversation on Aug. 19, Justice John Roberts said he would make sure “this asshole never gets re-elected. Roberts had a phone conversation with Justice Stephen Breyer to discuss efforts to get Trump voted out of office.
This is certainly astonishing news, and it’s not the first time Linwood has blown the whistle on Chief Justice Roberts. Previously, Linwood had tweeted that he suspected that John Roberts, who was on the passenger list for the private jet to Epstein’s private island, was the Supreme Court justice.
Epstein was a notorious New York crime lord who had a long history of sexually abusing minors and owned an island known as “Child Molester Island,” where he often invited celebrities to indulge. 2019 was a media sensation when Epstein was found dead in prison just a month after his arrest.
Linwood’s last revelation was still only about Roberts’ personal moral crimes, but this time the contents of Roberts’ calls were revealed, arguably the deepest darkest secret directly involving the alleged involvement of the US judicial hierarchy in the coup.
Although Linwood did not reveal his sources, he quickly followed up with a post saying, “My documents regarding the statements of Roberts and Justice Breyer have been turned over to several third parties.”
In other words, he is fully legally responsible for the information he released, and these “third parties” do not exclude certain three-letter agencies.
Roberts is a man who shares a penchant for scum like Epstein, and Justice Breyer, with whom he spoke, is a typical liberal justice nominated by Bill Clinton.
We all know that the basic requirement for Supreme Court justices in the United States is political neutrality, and that each justice, when nominated, tries to demonstrate that he or she will not take partisan or personal positions, what is known as opposition to “Judicial activism.
The revelation of this call between Roberts and Breyer shows that both of them have in fact become strongly partisan and have lost the most basic principles of their positions on the bench, which is why Linwood publicly called for their resignation.
Blackmail: Inside the Texas Lawsuit Rejection
The other blackmail related to Roberts was actually revealed a few days ago on December 14, but the information only really caught the public’s attention yesterday after Roberts became a focal point. This revelation directly reveals the inside story of why the Texas lawsuit was rejected by the Supreme Court.
The revelation comes from a video of a government hearing broadcast by C-Span (a public affairs limited television network) in which a witness is relaying the words of another court clerk who overheard the justices discussing the Texas lawsuit. The witness said it was Roberts, as well as several liberal justices, who blocked the other justices’ decision to take the Texas lawsuit.
According to the clerk’s affidavit, the justices broke out into a rare, loud argument in closed session. So much so that the witness heard them shouting from just down the hall. He heard Chief Justice Roberts shout, “If we hear this case, can you be held responsible for the riot? Don’t tell me about the Bush and Gore case, we didn’t have a riot then; you forget what your role is here, Neal, I don’t want to hear anything more from those two junior judges, I’ll tell you how to vote.
Neil, here, is referring to another Justice, Neil McGill Gorsuch, who is considered to be on the conservative side. The witness heard Justice Thomas, a conservative, say, “John, this is the end of democracy. Finally, when the justices left the room, Roberts, the liberal justices and Kavanugh all wore big smiles, Alito and Thomas were clearly angry, and Gorsuch and the new Justice Barrett were expressionless.
This testimony once again clearly shows that one of the tried and true tactics of the left in the process of fraudulent coups is to use violence as a bargaining chip to intimidate and blackmail the people involved, not only against themselves, but also against their loved ones’ families, and even to extend to people who are in the same camp as the other side.
This is, of course, typical gangster logic, right? If you don’t meet my demands, then you can wait for vandalism, arson and even murder to come to your door. These years, the leftists are relying on this hand to run amok, and Zhai Dongsheng smug self-exposure used the film “The Godfather” to achieve the purpose of the technique, so to speak, a mold made out of.
And this gangster tactic can repeatedly succeed, and the weakness of these threatened objects also have a direct relationship. President Trump was not wrong when he tweeted after the Texas lawsuit was dismissed that the justices had neither the wisdom nor the courage to do so.
Did you notice? Roberts was very direct when he said we could start a riot if we hear this case. What does that tell you? It only shows that the justices are very clear that if they take the case, the verdict will be no other than that Texas is bound to win. So the left is bound to start a riot. Why do they dare to reject cases without fear of riots? Because they all know that conservatives are law-abiding and won’t riot.
So the entire Supreme Court decision has completely deviated from the most basic principles of justice and fairness, and is instead a politicized decision. Although we can see that both revelations show that Roberts is the originator of the destruction of the principle of justice, but his negative influence can not be underestimated.
The Supreme Court’s “slowdown” forces Trump to “walk a tightrope”
Also yesterday, Powell’s attorney tweeted that the Supreme Court’s electronic filing system showed that the emergency petitions she filed regarding the Georgia and Michigan lawsuits were slowly scheduled to require a response from the defendant states on Jan. 14 of next year. And the emergency petition she filed Friday has been denied.
What a concept January 14th is, as you can probably see, the defendants will not give a response until that time, and by the time the Supreme Court starts the proceedings, it could easily drag on past January 20th.
So this is a blatant reprieve, Roberts is using his position in the Supreme Court to block the path of Trump’s legal claims.
An objective reality is that no matter how much evidence the Trump team finds in the states and how much legal process they fulfill, the district courts either dismiss or don’t take it up because no one wants or dares to take up the case that is the number one case in the sky. So all these cases eventually have to be aggregated to the Supreme Court.
However, these 3 important messages about the Supreme Court yesterday have clearly told everyone: Trump is not Qiu Ju, he wants this “statement”, the Supreme Court will almost certainly not give him. In other words, the Supreme Court can no longer count on one of Trump’s two legs to walk on the bright side.
Then the other leg left, is through the parliamentary rejection of Biden electoral votes? Objectively speaking, it can not be said that there is no little hope, but this hope, indeed, only so little.
As early as Dec. 13, two senators publicly said they would not rule out a challenge to the election results in the disputed state on Jan. 6: Senator Rand Paul and Senator Ron Johnson. And we all know that at least one Congressman, Mo. Brooks, had already said earlier that he would challenge as well.
That’s a positive sign, of course, but we need to be rational about whether the challenge will be successful.
We all know that it’s impossible to take back the electoral votes in state legislatures now that the states have already voted on the 14th, so Trump’s only hope to take back the six swing states is on January 6th, the day Congress is certified.
According to the rules, if at least one House member and one senator challenge the election results in a state on that day, both chambers must go into debate, and each will vote 2 hours later. If both houses agree that the challenge is valid, the state’s electoral votes will be annulled and neither candidate will receive them. If the two houses disagree, the state’s electoral votes will be deemed to remain valid.
The difficulty of this path is that the challenge must target at least three states to ensure that Biden gets less than 270 votes, and it is extremely difficult to get the challenge passed by both chambers, even if this goal is achieved, it will only drag the process into the power shift election.
The power election is one state, one vote, and the Republicans nominally hold 26 states, but it’s hard to guarantee that there won’t be a reversal. Like Georgia, the governor and secretary of state are both Republican, but have long been sulking with the Democrats, and I’m afraid there’s more than one case of that.
I’ve discussed this in detail in previous shows, so check it out if you’re interested. In a word, the congressional challenge to this road is basically not a road, but a real sense of the canyon tightrope, and only one chance, and there is no insurance rope, the slightest wind shaking, at any time may fall into the abyss of ten thousand feet.
In other words, this road is also very difficult to count on.
Trump himself has said that if the congressional electorate vote results in him losing, he will leave the White House. If he’s out like that, who will give Americans justice? Who will restore their faith in the Constitution? Confidence in the future of America? Obviously, if Trump is to fulfill his promise in the “most important speech of his life,” he will have to solve the coup crisis before January 6.
In this way, the focus of our discussion must turn to another thread, the “dark line” of the Department of Defense.
Suspending the Transition Big News from the Defense Ministry
Today, the Ministry of Defense made a big splash that spread almost instantly across the Internet, showing how much attention was paid to it.
The source of the incident is AXIOS, a media outlet that broke a scoop this morning with a headline that reads, “Pentagon halts Biden transition briefings.
The gist of the report probably says that last night, Acting Defense Secretary Miller suddenly ordered officials throughout the Pentagon to cancel a scheduled transition meeting with the Biden team. The decision shocked Pentagon officials, who were unsure what prompted Miller to take such a move or whether President Trump approved it.
Then a senior Defense Department official stepped in to explain that it was simply because many senior officials were overburdened with the demands of the transition team’s daily work and meetings, and that the staff in charge of the transition meetings had been “overwhelmed. Just in time for the Christmas holiday, the Defense Department simply postponed the date of the transition meeting until after the holiday and then rescheduled it.
In very official terms, the official concluded, “We remain committed to a productive transition.”
News like this certainly gets a lot of attention at this highly sensitive time. From the content of the news, it seems nothing special; it’s normal for Americans to have their biggest Christmas coming up, for everyone to take two weeks off, and for all things to start fresh next New Year.
But in fact, around this news this morning can be said to have broken out a small information war.
Steve Cortes, a senior adviser on Trump’s 2020 campaign strategy, immediately tweeted his appreciation, saying Biden couldn’t even get a low-level security clearance and that he had compromised with the Chinese Communist Party.
But former Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell was also quick to come out and deny it, saying it’s not true and that the current Pentagon team has held more transition meetings than they did in 2016. These anonymous sources have a political agenda and are definitely not sharing facts.
This public opinion effect of course reflected directly on the Department of Defense, so Acting Secretary of Defense Miller personally arranged for a statement to be released to the effect that the Department would continue to provide the necessary support for the transition effort and that it had never denied or canceled any meetings about it. This time it was just an agreed-upon meeting to reschedule the transition after the holidays.
But Biden’s spokesman Abraham repeatedly said at 1:00 p.m. today that the two sides had no mutually agreed vacation plan, and that they very much wanted the transition meetings to continue, which was very important because they were met with some resistance from the Defense Department, so they were going to seek to reverse that vacation decision.
Christmas Vacation: Conspiracy and Conspiracy
So, as you can see, the normal scheduling of such a furlough by the Department of Defense over Christmas has become a Rashomon event, with all sorts of claims. Whose argument is more credible? Of course we prefer the official statement of the Secretary of Defense, because the Christmas holiday is a routine annual arrangement, although the left has been clamoring for the abolition of Christmas, and even once stipulated that you can not say Merry Christmas, because it does not meet the politically correct.
But after all, the president is still Trump, the holiday of course, as usual, can not be because you Biden has won an unprecedented 80 million votes on special right. What’s more, Miller made it very clear in his statement that there are more critical tasks in these two weeks to focus on the basic requirements of vaccine distribution and resistance to COVID-19 (Chinese Communist virus), and only by doing these tasks can we ensure a perfect transition.
We see Miller’s point clearly, don’t you guys yell all the time that vaccination is important? We must deal with this part first now, and frequent transition meetings are obviously not conducive to epidemic prevention, so when we have made the epidemic prevention work more perfect and then come back to make perfect transition arrangements with you, won’t everyone be safe and happy?
Moreover, the previous clarifications from senior DoD officials have made it very clear that our employees are already overwhelmed, and if we insist on holding meetings, who will be responsible in case we get tired of anything good or bad?
So, it all boils down to one sentence: this leave must be released, not to be released.
In any case, whether the Biden transition team is on leave or being on leave, anyway, from now on, they will not have access to any classified information of the Department of Defense for at least two weeks, nor will they be able to attend important meetings of the Department of Defense together. In other words, these two weeks become a vacuum period on the path of the Biden team to the core of the world’s most powerful armed forces.
Two weeks is a lot of time for Miller and his team to do lots and lots of defense work.
According to the official scheduled schedule, Defense Secretary Miller had already met with Trump at 3:30 p.m. today, while CNN’s chief White House correspondent, the ultra-anti-Trump Acosta, sent out a sneak peek at about 1:30 p.m. and then wrote: Giuliani at the White House. There was a bit of tension in the words.
The tweet was followed by a whole bunch of various speculations, showing that Biden supporters seem to be nervous. I think it’s normal that Giuliani has just recovered from the virus, and with Christmas coming up, it’s normal for him to go to the White House to discuss with Trump and others about The prevention of the epidemic, and to share his experience in overcoming the virus with each other, so what’s the big deal?
These leftist media have been fighting conspiracy theories for a long time, and almost all scandals that expose the dark side of the left are described by them as whimsical conspiracy theories, saying that people who believe in conspiracy theories are very naive, ignorant and ridiculous, and this conspiracy theory has become their almighty stick to beat people with. Now that the Defense Department is on Christmas break, Giuliani goes to the White House to meet with the boss who hired him, and it becomes a big conspiracy instead? Just goes to show that the left has always had a double standard.
Well, next week is Christmas, which is a very important holiday, especially in such a special context this year, this holiday has a very special meaning, we might as well all relax and see if Santa Claus will bring us a little surprise.
That’s all for today, thank you and have a great weekend. We’ll see you next time.
