“We all hope to see you again soon, either here or in Shanghai,” he added.

Biden then updated Ye, saying that they had “completed the formation of a joint venture company with SinoHawk Holdings” and that he was “looking forward” to introducing Ye to his business partner, Tony Bobulinski. Mr Boblinski, he wrote, would “take over as chief executive” of the joint venture.

“A very close friend of James Gilliar and the Biden family, he joined our team as a partner and focused on the execution of the mission,” Hunter wrote. He travels the world investing in some of the wealthiest families in the world.”

Mr. Hunt went on to note that Mr. Boblinsky had sent “requests for wire transfers of $10 million to Dong Gongwen Dong and Zang, the managers.” Mr. Zang was apparently a reference to Zang Jian Jun, a former executive director of China Huaxin Financial.

“I would appreciate it if you could send this money as soon as possible so that we can properly raise the money and run Hua Ying Holdings,” Mr Hunt wrote.

He added, “I believe our dear friend Mr. Zang has given you a detailed account of the political and economic relations we have established in countries where we intend to expand our business in the coming months and years.” “I look forward to our next meeting.”

Fox News also received an email from Ms. Ye concisely in response. On September 6, 2017, Mr. Biden’s business partner, James Gilliar, forwarded to Mr. Bobrinsky an email from Mr. Ye Jian to Mr. Hunter dated July 10, 2017.

Ye said in his letter that he had arranged for Zang and Dong to “accelerate the capital injection process for Hua Ying”.

“I am so glad to hear from you!” Ye wrote to Biden. How time flies! It has been several months since we met in America. It seems like we’re always in a hurry when we’re together.” He added: “The agreement we reached last time has been achieved in time.”

Ye also suggested that Hunter Biden “arrange personnel to coordinate the specific work with Zang manager and Dong Shu”.

“I will continue to pay attention and support,” ye said. “I have arranged Manager Zang and Dong Shu to accelerate the investment in Hua Ying company.”

“I look forward to meeting you in the near future to discuss our joint venture,” Ye wrote simply. If there is anything I can do for you, please do not hesitate to write to me and give my best regards to you and your family.”

According to a report released in September by the Senate Homeland Security Committee and The Senate Finance Committee, Ye Jian, Dong Xian and other Chinese citizens who have done business with Hunter Biden have ties to the Chinese Communist government and the Chinese Communist Military. The report is part of an investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged involvement in business deals overseas.

“These connections resulted in millions of dollars in suspicious transactions/cash flows,” the report said.

A lawyer for Hunter Biden did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News.

Meanwhile, Fox News obtained and reviewed more than a dozen text messages about a $10 million transfer between a retired U.S. Navy lieutenant, Boblinsky, and some of Biden’s business partners, as well as Chinese representatives of Ceibs.

The $10 million transfer was delayed for several weeks between June 25, 2017, and mid-July 2017, according to information reviewed by Fox News. Several text messages indicated that the delay was due to visa issues, including an email sent by Joe Biden’s brother, Jim Biden, who works with the joint venture.

Jim Biden apparently wrote in an email to Mr. Boblinsky on July 10, 2017: “Having just spoken to Mr. Zaho[SP], working on a visa, they still haven’t filled out the appropriate paperwork to file a reentry application. I still want my personal advice.”

Mr. Biden did not immediately respond to a Fox News request for comment on the email or the $10 million transfer.
