Jesse Binnall, a Trump lawyer, spoke at a Senate hearing on December 16.
The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee held its first congressional hearing since Election Day on December 16. Jesse Binnall, a lawyer for Trump’s team, told the hearing that Nevada’s election process was riddled with voter fraud, with experts now identifying more than 130,000 instances and many more.
“In this election, tens of thousands of legitimate voters in Nevada have had their voting rights compromised by fraudulent and invalid ballots.” “Said Binner.
Binner had previously filed a lawsuit challenging the election results in Nevada, but it was dismissed by a judge on December 4.
He gave a detailed account of election fraud in Nevada at his hearing on Tuesday. (See binner’s original witness statement here.)
“On August 3, 2020, Nevada lawmakers held a hastily convened special session, which ended in a hasty conclave, and then substantially amended the election law and adopted AB4,” Said Binner.
“It is clear that this bill is prone to electoral fraud — that there is not enough oversight of postal ballots to ensure that voter identification is verified and that a legitimate voter receives only one postal ballot. The situation is exacerbated by the failure of election officials to address known problems on voter lists. AB4 caused the number of mail-in ballots in Nevada to soar from 70,000 in 2016 to 690,000 this year.
“The [Nevada] election process inevitably has a lot of fraud and we get a lot of complaints from voters. When the press and The Democrats claim we’re fabricating stories, we’re following every lead. Our evidence comes from data scientists and brave whistleblowers.”
Binner then listed six charges against Nevada: more than 42,000 people who voted twice; At least 1,500 dead people were registered to vote; More than 19,000 people voted out of their state; Some 8,000 voted using non-existent addresses; More than 15,000 people voted using commercial addresses or addresses that had not been inhabited for more than 90 days; About 4,000 foreigners voted.
Binner said trump team experts have identified more than 130,000 instances of voter fraud in the state, and the actual number could be much higher. Data experts not only use statistics and estimates, but also analyze and compare voter lists and other data, most of which are public.
Separately, two unrelated technicians in Clark County found that the number of votes counted and stored on USB cards changed after polling stations closed for the night and during the opening hours the next morning. In other words, some votes appeared and disappeared in the middle of the night. And when the Trump team proposed to check out the voting machines, they were only allowed to look at the outside of the USB flash drive, which was useless, and they were denied a forensics investigation.
In addition, the investigation found that some organizations illegally bribed voters to vote with lotteries, gift cards, TELEVISIONS and other items.
Binner also noted that Trump’s team was stymied by Clark County government officials and the post office during the investigation. After filing the suit, state officials and courts delayed processing it for several days.
