President Biden announced on May 17 that in addition to the AstraZeneca vaccine he is donating, he will donate Pfizer, Modena and Johnson & Johnson vaccines manufactured in the United States by the end of June, totaling five times more than those donated by China and Russia. Biden declared that the U.S. will become the world’s vaccine arsenal to counter the vaccine diplomacy of Russia and China.
