Illegal Immigrant Sex Offenders Released to Local Communities Texas-Florida Sues Biden Over ‘Sanctuary State’ Order

The Breitbart News reported on May 2 that sex offenders who are illegal immigrants are being released into the United States as a result of Biden’s “sanctuary state” order.

In February, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued an order that prevents U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from arresting and deporting illegal immigrants unless they are terrorists, known gang members or have recently been convicted of a serious felony. Analysis shows that Biden’s order could prevent about 90 percent of illegal immigrants from being deported.

Local Fox 29 in Texas reported that law enforcement agencies in various counties have had to release criminal illegal immigrants into the community, and U.S. Marshals (U.S. Marshals) have released illegal immigrant sex offenders from their custody because of Biden’s order. In San Antonio, Texas, alone, 36 illegal criminal aliens have been released.

Those reportedly released from local and county jails through these routes may include thousands of illegal criminal aliens charged with aggravated assault on police, domestic violence and drug offenses.

Two illegal alien sex offenders, who could not be detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, were also released by U.S. Marshals, one in Austin and the other in Del Rio, law enforcement sources told local Texas media.

The Breitbart News reports that illegal immigrant offenders who would have been deported are now being released directly into local communities in the United States, leading several states, including Texas and Florida, to sue Biden over his sanctuary state order.
