After examination by scholars, it is initially believed that these round cake-like objects are pottery cakes, such items were often unearthed in tombs during the Han Empire from 202 to 220 A.D. They are coins for the burial of the deceased, and the material is mainly clay gray pottery, partly sandy gray pottery, and also some mixed red pottery and black and gray skin pottery.
