Stairs at all Mexican border crossings to prevent Biden from entering

U.S. President Joe Biden‘s lenient immigration policies have led to a surge of migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border. In response to Biden’s border crisis, Mexico has installed stairs at all border crossings to prevent Biden from entering the country.

“With the addition of these concrete stairs, our border has become completely impenetrable, at least for Biden.” Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said, “As soon as he shows he is serious about alleviating this growing crisis, we will tear them down. Until then, no entry, Biden!”

Facing flak from critics and some supporters for the border crisis, the Biden Administration has taken a new approach to sending immigrant families to Mexico, despite denying the crisis. According to Reuters 20, witnesses revealed that the U.S. is deporting migrant families to Mexico to keep them away from the border crossing sites.

The approach suggests that Biden is taking a hard-line approach to the growing humanitarian crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border. Previously, the Biden administration pleaded with Central American migrants to stay Home, but it did not work and thousands continued to move north.

Some of the families caught at the Rio Grande Valley border in Texas said in interviews that after a few days in captivity, they were sent to El Paso, Texas, where they were escorted by U.S. officials to the international bridge to the northern Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez, where is about 800 miles (1,300 kilometers) from where U.S. Border Patrol agents first arrested them.

Dylan Corbett, director of the Hope Border Institute, an organization that works on issues related to migration along the Mexico-U.S. border, said most of the families deported to Ciudad Juarez after crossing into south Texas were with children under the age of 7.

Corbett said in an interview that the migrants were sent back to Juarez in dire straits. Due to the Epidemic, shelters in Mexico are full.

Edna Sorto, a migrant who came from Honduras with her two young sons, sat on the floor of the Juárez state government’s immigration office in tears and said, “They didn’t ask why we came, or where we were going, or who could receive us in the United States.” The children were crying and shouting that they were hungry.

Mexico’s immigration agency (National Institute of Migration, INM) has initiated new measures to stop illegal border crossings along its southern border with Guatemala, including the presence of militarized police and the use of Drones to monitor entry points.

The strict measures on Mexico’s border with Guatemala, which also include a ban on non-essential crossings such as tourism, are scheduled to be in place for a month, with the possibility of extension.

Mexico is super unhappy with Biden’s policies. Last Friday, Biden fell three times while climbing the gangway before boarding “Air Force One,” inspiring Mexico to come up with a way to exclude Biden from Mexico.

Biden team initially planned to take “Air Force One” to fly across the border to visit Mexico anyway, but then they seem to remember that the plane must also be through the stairs to do.
