The fact that more and more underage children are becoming rebellious reflects the utter failure of the Chinese Communist Party‘s Education system. It is the lack of family and school education as well, the social problems of single-parent families and left-behind children, the only child, the rebellious age …… are all triggers of crime, but not the most fundamental cause.
Some experts call for the bottom line education of Life for children, the bottom line education of living, the bottom line education of people as human beings. One cannot kill, much less one’s parents, and one cannot commit suicide. Under no circumstances should someone’s life be taken away. Why? The expert’s answer: Because you only live once. The answer given by the experts is precisely the deep misunderstanding of “suicide by homicide”.
For decades, the Chinese Communist Party has been brainwashing Chinese people with “atheism” and “evolution”, and these teenagers, including their parents after the 1970s and 1980s, have basically lost their faith in God and Buddha. They do not believe that people have souls and are reincarnated. People have not only this life, but also past lives and afterlife. And the good or bad situation in this life is determined by the good or evil done in the previous life. It is natural that “good and evil will be rewarded”. The result of the Chinese Communist Party’s cultural education is to fight against heaven and earth and to be fierce and vicious. People without traditional moral restraint are very scary, they will have no scruples and dare to do bad things that hurt God.
The familiar Chinese traditional Culture is “filial piety is the first of all good things”. In ancient times, people taught their children in families, private schools and society with Confucianism as the core of education, and filial piety is part of Confucianism.
The ancient Chinese say: the crow feeds back, the lamb kneels down. The meaning is: the little crow still knows how to spit out the Food to its parents, and the little lamb still knows how to kneel down and show gratitude to its mother when it eats milk; if a person does not honor his parents, he is worse than a beast.
In ancient China, “matricide” was a major crime of disobedience second only to “conspiracy against the state”. Those who murdered their parents were sentenced to death and received the most severe punishment. In ancient times, there were cases of mother’s murder, but they were rare and the penalties were very heavy.
In the Qing Dynasty, it was stipulated in the law that those who murdered their parents, whether the murder was successful or unsuccessful, were beheaded; both the principal and the accomplice were beheaded. If the victim dies, the perpetrator will be executed by lynching. In addition, a judicial interpretation was added: In case of Amnesty, no reduction of crime or sentence would be made.
Not only that, the county out of this kind of rebellion case, the county magistrate to be asked to be guilty, even the county name may be affected, it is said that the city of Hubei Tianmen is a rebellion case to change the name, formerly called Jingling.
In the Qing Dynasty, a disobedient child pushed his mother to the ground. See how the punishment? The county magistrate was exiled for failure to educate; the city gate was cut off three feet; the examination was stopped for three years.
The case of a teenage girl who killed her mother in Heilongjiang is not the first and will never be the last. 12-year-old schoolboy stabbed his 34-year-old mother to death, and the young girl strangled her single mother to death with her own hands. Matricide cases are quietly happening in China. Cases of students and minors becoming rebellious are on the rise and occurring with increasing frequency. The new cases are no longer “shocking” in the society, people are not surprised.
The frequent occurrence of matricide itself, and the low profile of the government at all levels of reporting deliberately covered up, are very frightening social phenomenon. This is certainly a warning to the world: the moral system of Chinese society has collapsed to such a sinister state.
Finally, let us look at the handling of cases of incestuous behavior by some imperial officials in Chinese history. In the case of incestuous behavior, the county officials were removed from their posts and sentenced to imprisonment. The county “teacher” (commonly known as the “teacher of learning”, equivalent to the current director of education) was often sentenced to heavy penalties for failure to educate. The drum tower of the county courthouse had to be torn down because the county had a rebellious son, which was a disgrace to the people of the county. When to repair, to be in the future the county out of filial son, declared the court to get a glorious report, in order to restore the corner of the drum tower was cut off. It is recorded that the cost of restoration was paid by the officials themselves, and no silver was allowed to be allocated from the government.
From this we see that the first to be held accountable is the local parents, the county magistrate a hand; then is in charge of education, “learning teacher”, the person directly responsible, other officials and people also have to be warned. Accountability is not an empty phrase.
China has had such strict judicial and penal laws and sophisticated official administrative methods for dealing with cases of incompatibility since a long Time ago. In this respect alone, it is not too much to say that Chinese society is not as good as it used to be.
