According to a red-headed document from the Office of the Epidemic Prevention and Control Command in Weiyang District, Xi’an, the content of the “Notice on the mapping and control of the confirmed case of Tian Moumou in Hebei Province,” exposed the real names of all the confirmed and close contacts.
