“DC roads will be closed.

Roads will be closed from 6:00 a.m. Jan. 5 to 11:59 p.m. Jan. 6!

“Due to First Amendment demonstrations, road closures will begin at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 5 and continue until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6.

Staff members traveling to and from their residence on official business may present their PIV card or badge in order to pass through the road closure. Please note that staff will not be able to travel on Constitution Avenue between 15th and 17th Streets beginning at 4:00 a.m. on January 6.

From 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 5 through 4:00 a.m. Thursday, January 7, the Oval will be closed to all traffic. Parkers in the Oval Plaza should plan to make alternate arrangements during this time. All vehicles parked in the Oval Plaza should be removed by 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5. Vehicles left in this area will be towed.
