At about 5:55 a.m. on January 25, two explosions occurred near the Golden Bohai Longing in the Friendship Street of Jinpu New District, Dalian.
According to Sohu.com, the first explosion occurred after the scene of about 10 vehicles damaged to varying degrees and vehicles on fire, in the process of firefighters to put out the fire, a nearby auto repair store and an explosion on fire. The glass fragments from the explosion caused eight people to be injured and two others died.
The preliminary judgment is that Dalian Jinzhou Tiancheng Gas Company gas pipeline leakage caused the explosion.
According to a video blast taken by the public at the scene: “Dalian Jin Bohai longing, parking lot 4 cars exploded, and another place in the process of putting out the fire also exploded.” This public also judged that it may be a gas leak.
According to another video of the people at the scene, the explosion of the fire site, smoke, some nearby car glass windows were blown up rocks shattered.
