U.S. Attorney General Barr, who left office on Dec. 23, appointed John Lott as a research and statistics adviser at the Justice Department in October. Mr. Lott completed a report, “A Simple Test of Absentee Ballot Voter Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election: Data from Georgia and Pennsylvania,” on Dec. 21, which was published on Dec. 29 on the Social Science Research Network.
Mr. Lott’s study reported that Pennsylvania and Georgia had between 70,000 and 79,000 excess mail-in ballots that should not have been available. Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin had about 289,000 extra mail-in ballots. In these six swing states, at least as many as 368,000 excess votes were in favor of Biden, and if those votes were removed, the election results would change completely! The numbers exploded and the world was in an uproar!
Lott added that the above numbers are “underestimated” and that only the mail-in ballots are being looked at, not the live ballots.
What does a surplus of votes mean? If Pennsylvania and Georgia sent out 1 million mail-in ballots and received 1.07 million or 1.079 million, that’s 70-79,000 ballots.
The study’s author, John Richard Lott Jr. is an American economist, political commentator, gun rights advocate and Trump administration official who now serves as a senior advisor on research and statistics for the Office of Justice Programs. Lott has been employed by a variety of academic institutions, including the University of Chicago, Yale University, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the conservative think tank of the American Enterprise Institute. He is the former president of the nonprofit Crime Prevention Research Center, which he founded in 2013.
Mail-in ballot fraud takes many forms: a high percentage of people who don’t vote, filling out absentee ballots, dead people voting, ineligible people voting, and even paying legally registered voters to “buy” votes,” Lott wrote in his summary. “
Lott’s report concludes that precinct estimates in Georgia and Pennsylvania suggest that voting fraud may be the reason for Biden’s wins in both states.
The report says the votes stolen from Trump in DeKalb and Fulton counties in the Joe State combined totaled 15,762 votes. Biden’s margin in the Joe state was just over 10,000 votes, not counting the fraud in the field vote in Fulton County as well.
In Pennsylvania, the Lott report concluded that at least 55,270 additional votes were given to Biden. Biden led by 81,660 votes in Pennsylvania.
He Qinglian: Lott Report Shows Arizona and 4 Other States Had About 289,000 Fraudulent Votes
U.S. scholar He Qinglian tweeted, “Recently departed Attorney General Barr appointed Lott as DOJ research and statistics advisor in October. Lott released a report yesterday (29th) saying that Pennsylvania and Georgia each had between 70,000 and 79,000 overflow votes. Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin had about 289,000 fraudulent votes.
Lott only viewed the mail-in ballots.”
