The report quoted Beijing Youth Daily’s new media “Beijing Headline” App as saying that Tsinghua University in Beijing issued the aforementioned notice yesterday that students must be approved to leave the university from December 28, and that students who leave the university will have their documents checked at the campus gate when they enter the university; students who leave the university without approval will have to provide proof of negative nucleic acid tests within seven days before they can enter the campus.
It is reported that local cases began to be reported in Beijing in mid to late December, including Xicheng, Chaoyang and Shunyi districts, with Shunyi district in particular being the most serious. Since the 23rd, there have been seven confirmed cases and two new cases of indigenous asymptomatic infections.
