FTSE Russell removes SMIC and Hikvision from China index

FTSE Russell announced that it will remove two Chinese companies sanctioned by the US, SMIC (00981) (688981.SH) and Hikvision (002415.SZ), from the FTSE China A50 and FTSE China 50 indices with effect from January 7 next year.
