As the U.S. election fraud case continues to be litigated, Barrister Lin Wood filed a new lawsuit Friday (Dec. 18) against the Georgia Secretary of State, alleging that the administration of the Joe State Senate runoff violated state election laws and the U.S. Constitution.
In addition, Trump team adviser Boris Epshteyn said the Trump team is expected to take additional legal action in Pennsylvania. It will also investigate the specifics of Wisconsin’s abuse of the closure order and file a tell-all in Wisconsin.
As the Trump legal team continues to work to uncover the truth through the judicial process, General Flynn said it is clear that the Dominion voting system, which was widely used in 28 states in the general election, was interfered with by foreign powers. He called on President Trump to take immediate action to undo the election results in those swing states. Flynn said this is an “unprecedented and critical moment” in U.S. history for the Supreme Court and the Republican Party to step up and fight alongside the president.
In an interview with the Epoch Times, Qin Jin, president of the Democratic China Front and a doctor of sociology at the University of Sydney, said the United States was too late in recognizing the Chinese Communist Party and that Trump should follow the example of President Abraham Lincoln and save the day.
While the election results are not yet known, more scandals from the Biden camp are also coming out. Patrick M. Byrne, the billionaire founder of the U.S. online retailer Overstock, said he was instrumental in getting Hillary to take $18 million in bribes arranged by the FBI. In the 16-minute video, he said, “I’m one of the deep dark forces and I’m going to expose the inside.”
In addition, media reported that Hunter Biden, who was the subject of the “emailgate” scandal, asked his own accountant, Eric Schwerin, in 2017 how much income he would have if he went to prison. The accountant replied that he conservatively estimated that even if he went to prison, he would still have $750,000 coming in each year.
Here is a live update on the U.S. election situation.
Trump praises Navarro’s report on alleged election fraud, calls for Jan. 6 protest
Peter Navarro (D-N.Y.) recently released a 36-page report on alleged fraud in key battleground states in the 2020 presidential election. President Donald Trump (Trump) has praised it.
“Peter Navarro’s release of a 36-page report alleging election fraud is ‘more than enough’ to flip the script for Trump. Peter’s report is brilliant. Statistically speaking, there is no way (I) can lose the 2020 election.” The president tweeted early Saturday morning.
He also flagged a “big protest” in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 6.
Navarro is the White House counselor to the president and director of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy. He released the report in a private capacity on Dec. 17.
“From the findings in this report, it can be inferred that this may be a coordinated strategy,” Navarro wrote, which “could effectively” turn the tide against Trump-Pence.
“Indeed, the pattern of election fraud observed in this report is so consistent across the six battleground states that it is suggesting a coordinated strategy of strategically gaming the electoral process to tilt the election in an unfair way in favor of Biden-Hojimbo, if not stealing the election.”
The report examines election fraud in the battleground states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, as well as the “six dimensions” of Arizona and Nevada.
Lin Wood v. Joe Secretary of State over Senate runoff management
Attorney Lin Wood filed a lawsuit Friday (Dec. 18) against the Georgia Secretary of State, alleging that the administration of the Joe State Senate runoff violated state election laws and the U.S. Constitution.
Lin Wood is calling for the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia to order election officials to actually verify the signatures and identities of voters in accordance with state law, not the orders of election officials. The lawsuit, also challenges the absentee ballot delivery and counting procedures.
The lawsuit states, “Because Defendants violated the U.S. Constitution and the Georgia Legislature’s election regulations, the runoff election is being conducted in an unconstitutional manner and must be corrected in a manner consistent with the Constitution.”
Lin Wood said the signature verification process used by Georgia through “out-of-court settlement” (litigation settlement) is actually illegal because it usurps the authority of the state legislature, which has established detailed requirements for the process.
Under the state statute, absentee ballots with signatures that do not match those on file will be rejected by election officials. The rules adopted through the “out-of-court settlement” require that clerks who believe signatures do not match must find two additional election officials with whom they can agree. If at least one of the two election officials agreed with the clerk, then all three officials had to sign their names on the rejected envelope.
“Defendants have thus altered the clear statutory procedure for identifying voters at the polls, so that instead of one poll worker reviewing signatures before rejecting a ballot, a panel of three poll workers is responsible for confirming that absentee ballot signatures are not defective.” The lawsuit says.
The lawsuit also challenges a procedure enacted by election officials that requires absentee ballots to be opened and counted three weeks before an election. Joe State election law requires that mail-in and absentee ballots be opened and scanned on Election Day.
E-commerce founder publicly confronts Hillary for accepting $18 million from foreign governments
Patrick M. Byrne, founder and former CEO of the U.S. online retailer Overstock, has drawn a lot of attention in recent weeks for his outspokenness on election fraud in the U.S. On Dec. 15, he tweeted a video, “I tipped Hillary to take $18 million in bribes. The video went viral on social media after he publicly confronted Hillary about accepting $18 million from a foreign government.
In this video, Bourne claimed, without providing evidence, that the FBI approached him and asked him to create an opportunity for Hillary to meet alone with someone sent by the Turkish government for 10 minutes.
Bourne finally found the opportunity on Jan. 14, 2016. Hillary met alone with someone sent by Turkey and Hillary accepted $18 million. She had already received $20 million from Turkey before this. This was done with the knowledge of Attorney General Barr.
Bern thought he was doing the job of governing corruption for the FBI, but after three days the FBI approached him and said to forget what he had done. Because the people above decided that Hillary would be elected president and would be president for 8 years. She would put her own people in the FBI and have everything about her in the FBI destroyed, so it was best to shut up.
The FBI later told him that Obama had placed his own people throughout the federal bureaucracy, especially in the Justice Department.
Our reporter was unable to verify his allegations. According to a lengthy Dec. 14 New Yorker report on Bourne, Bourne published a 15,000-word article Oct. 6 (before the election) repeating the entire aforementioned conspiracy in which he was inadvertently involved.
In a 16-minute video interview with Fox Business Network in 2019, hours after he resigned as CEO of Overstock, Bourne said “I am part of the deep dark forces and I’m going to expose the inside story.”
In addition to being a billionaire, Bourne is also an investigative journalist. He funded a team of cybersecurity, private investigators and other professionals to monitor voting activity before the U.S. election, and later reported irregularities in the Dominion voting system and hacking incidents.
Flynn: Clearly there is a foreign power The president should impose military control
General Flynn said in an interview with Newsmax TV on Thursday (Dec. 17) that there was clear foreign interference in the Dominion voting system, with links to China, Russia and Iran, so President Trump should take immediate action to undo the election results in those swing states.
“First of all, President Trump won the election on Nov. 3.” Flynn said. “What he needs to do now is to immediately assign a special counsel to seize all Dominion and other voting machines throughout the country; he should first go to some states, or some counties, like Fulton County, Maricopa County, etc., just like in Michigan’s Antrim County Antrim County (Antrim County) to do the same, a random sample, he will find the same problem.”
“These machines are clearly and unequivocally linked to foreign powers, with ties to China, and possibly to Russia, and possibly to Iran …… so the president has some options that he should employ, and he needs to act, and act immediately.”
He stressed that the president should send the military to various swing states to conduct re-elections. He said, “The president could use the ability of the military to send them to those states, station them there, and have re-elections in those states.” Flynn said. “People talk about military regulation now as if they’re talking about something that never happened, when in fact we’ve used military regulation 64 times.”
Flynn said this is an “unprecedented and critical moment” in American history for the Supreme Court and the Republican Party to step up and fight alongside the president.
Trump team adviser: More legal action expected in Pennsylvania
Trump team advisor Boris Epshteyn said the Trump team expects to take more legal action in Pennsylvania, and that the Electoral College vote on December 14 does not mean the “legal battle” is over.
I don’t want to go beyond the legal actions that we’re about to take, but I just want to tell you that there are lawsuits that have been filed – they haven’t been argued in the Supreme Court, they haven’t gone to the Supreme Court, they haven’t gone to the Supreme Court,” Epshteyn said on “War Room: Pandemic” on Dec. 17. argued, haven’t gone to the Supreme Court – will continue to move forward and are very important.”
He said (further) legal action would address some of the issues raised by the Supreme Court, including the Supreme Court’s statement that Texas does not have legal standing to sue Pennsylvania.
The Supreme Court on Dec. 11 dismissed Texas’ case against four swing states (Pennsylvania as well as Joe, Wisconsin and Michigan), saying Texas had no legal standing. Two Supreme Court justices who agreed to take the case issued separate statements refuting the ruling, saying the Supreme Court had a duty to hear the case.
Epstein said the Dec. 14 Electoral College vote does not mean the end of the “legal battle. He cited the 1960 election between Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy as an example, saying that Hawaii’s vote count was completed between the Dec. 14 Electoral College meeting and a joint session of Congress on Jan. 6.
In the recently concluded December 14 Electoral College vote, in addition to the state-designated Electoral College, Republican electors in the six swing states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin, as well as New Mexico, announced that they were casting their “alternative elector” votes for Trump.
In addition to the situation in Pennsylvania, Eppstein also mentioned Wisconsin. He said we are also bringing legal action against the state of Wisconsin. The state used the Communist virus epidemic to declare a “city closure” and then allowed mail-in ballots without identification.
Eppstein said the Trump team is working to identify the specifics of Wisconsin’s abuse of the lockdown.
“And then we’ll go to court,” he said, “and there’s another aspect that’s critical, which is for the state legislature to investigate this abuse and election fraud.” “Let’s not forget that the margin between the two candidates in Wisconsin is only 20,000 votes.”
Experts say the U.S. is at a crossroads and Trump needs to save the day
As the U.S. election fraud case is still being litigated and there are still uncertainties about who will be in the White House, the U.S. State Department recently sent out four tweets in quick succession, pointing out that the Chinese Communist Party is the biggest threat to the United States. Two experts said that the United States is now at a crossroads, if President Trump can not save the United States and the world, the whole world will go dark.
From midnight on December 16 to the early morning of December 17, the U.S. State Department issued four tweets one after another, emphasizing that the Chinese Communist Party poses the greatest security threat to the United States from various aspects, including national sovereignty, national security, academic freedom, international affairs, and financial markets.
In an interview with Epoch Times, Ms. Sheng Xue, a veteran media personality and current affairs commentator, and Qin Jin, president of the Democratic China Front and a doctor of sociology at the University of Sydney, Australia, both said that the U.S. is too late in recognizing the CCP, and it is unknown whether the Trump administration has time to further sanction the CCP.
Qin Jin said, the United States has given the CCP a full forty years of development and infiltration time, and the CCP has been infiltrating the United States in all aspects, especially until more than thirty years after 1989 to now, the biggest mistake of the United States is not to adjust its policy towards the CCP, and continue to maintain the policy towards the CCP after the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1979. This policy is completely wrong.
But this time the Chinese Communist virus (Wuhan pneumonia) has woken them up, Qin Jin said. “If the Chinese virus hadn’t woken him up, the whole world would still be in a coma.” “So now the U.S. State Department has come out with these four tweets, each of which is basically spot on about the Chinese Communist Party.”
Qin Jin said, “Now the only ray of hope is that the United States can, President Trump can play his last kind of decisive power to save the United States and save the world.”
Qin Jin said the U.S. election is obviously fraudulent, “this time they are riveted to change the election, because I believe that if Trump wins this election, I believe that in Trump’s second term, the Communist Party must have a hard time. But now leave Trump very little time, because Trump despite winning the election, but the whole high-tech, etc., they the way these election fraud, so that Trump can only go in the road of rights, and justice will not be served.”
Qin Jin believes that the time left for Trump is not much, he only take thunderbolt means, thunderbolt to save the United States, save his own election. “Because by now through lawsuits, through Congress, he has no way out, only the last road left, boldly follow the example of President Lincoln.”
