Soup Review.

You may not think that you can make such a tasty soup without adding any meat at all. The most important ingredient in this soup is lotus root, which can nourish the heart and spleen and tonify blood. Many elderly people have weakened internal organs and blood, so they can’t take a big tonic, so it’s appropriate to use lotus root as a tonic. The elderly often say they sleep less, but it’s because they have less Qi and Blood, the Yang cannot enter the Yin, and the Yin and Blood are less. The lotus root tonifies the deficiency, the heart and the spleen, drink it a few times and you may find that you sleep better and your spirit is better.
