Barrister Sidney Powell argues that every voting machine used in this year’s election should be seized and forensically tested.
Powell filed fraud cases in several states. She said president Trump can use an executive order he signed in 2018 to crack down on foreign interference in the election, which gives him the power to do so.
She told the EPOCH Times’s American Thought Leaders program, “It gives him all sorts of powers, including seizing assets, freezing things, seizing machines, and so on.” “Under his emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into the matter, which is what needs to be done now.”
“It is time to close down every voting machine in this country,” he said. She also filed an urgent request with the Supreme Court to revoke the 2020 election results from four states in order to prevent electors from voting in those states.
Under the 2018 executive order, the dNI is tasked within 45 days of the election “to assess any information indicating that a foreign government, or that any person acting on behalf of or on behalf of a foreign government, has an intent or purpose to interfere with the election.”
The order also recommends sanctions against foreign participants deemed to have interfered in the elections.
Mr Powell asserts that the most disturbing machine fraud to date may be found through the Dominion Voting Systems. A forensic audit of Dominion machines and software in Michigan on Dec. 14 showed that the machines were specifically designed to create fraud and influence election results, a data company said in a preliminary report.
“We concluded that the Dominion Voting system was deliberately and purposefully designed so that errors within the Dominion were bound to be exploited for systematic fraud and to influence election results,” said Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group.
He added: “The system is deliberately creating a huge number of ballot errors. The electronic ballot will then be handed over for adjudication. “These deliberate errors resulted in a large number of votes being awarded without oversight, without transparency, and without audit trails.”
Served as a former NASA (NASA) officials and former Reagan administration official said the Brahms rand, they found Antrim County (Antrim County) of gas-centred Voting system (gas-centred Voting Systems) on the machine’s general election on November 3, Voting decision log and security log has been deleted, and on November 3 log before the election is still there.
On Dec. 14, a judge in Michigan allowed both sides to release the results of the Dominion’s forensic tests and blacken the code. The 23-page report was later released by the Joint Security Operations Team.
In a December 15 statement, Dominion disputed the report’s findings, saying, “There has been no software ‘malfunction’ that has caused votes to be ‘switched’ in Antry County or anywhere else.” Dominion said the errors reported in Antrim County “are isolated human errors not associated with Dominion.”
Mr Powell said the illegal activities surrounding machine fraud included “injecting a large number of fake ballots into the system, multiple batches of fake ballots, creating surface ballots that do not exist and so on”.
Dominion’s voting systems and technology are currently in use in 28 U.S. states and Puerto Rico, according to the company’s official website. In response, Powell says, judicial audit of all Dominion machines nationwide is needed, but scrutiny should not be limited to Dominion companies alone.
In the interview, Powell referred to one of her witnesses, an alleged informant. He has A Venezuelan military background, including the National Security Guard, which served as president of Venezuela. According to an affidavit, the Venezuelan whistleblower outlined a conspiracy between Smartmatic software executives, former Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez and his country’s election officials to develop a rigged voting system to ensure that Mr. Chavez won re-election and remained in power for years.
“Dominion and other voting tabulation companies’ electronic voting systems, software, and basic design are successors to the Smartmatic election management system,” the whistleblower said.
“In short, Smartmatic software is in the DNA of every voting tabular company’s software and systems,” the whistleblower said, according to an affidavit.
At its website, Dominion denies any involvement with Smartmatic software and disputes allegations of vote-rigging.
For years, lawmakers have warned the public about the vulnerability of the U.S. election infrastructure and the threat of foreign and domestic interference in U.S. elections.
William Evanina, director of the Center for Counterintelligence and Security, said in an August statement that the U.S. government was “primarily concerned about ongoing and potential activities by The Chinese Communist Party, Russia and Iran” in interfering in the election.
Mr. Evanina said the Communist Party had been “expanding its influence” ahead of the November elections to “shape the U.S. policy environment, put pressure on politicians it sees as opposing China’s interests, and deflect and counter criticism of the Party.”
