These Chinese Communist party members who committed countless crimes may face justice and sanctions from the US government and the international community.

List of 1.95 million Shanghai Party members leaked, exposing “610” members

In July, shortly after the US threatened to impose sanctions on Party members and their families, a list of 1.95 million Party members in Shanghai began to circulate on the Internet. In fact, the list was leaked overseas as early as July 2016. In October, the United States formally sanctioned Members of the Communist Party and its affiliated groups, banning them from immigrating to the United States.

Recent in-depth searches of the database by media from Australia to the UK have uncovered a number of communist Party secrets, including those in the British foreign service, international banks, high-end pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions and defence manufacturers.

The US government may impose sanctions on members of the 610 criminal group

On Dec. 10, the State Department sanctioned 17 current and former foreign government officials for their involvement in serious human rights abuses, including Huang Yuanxiong, the director of the Police station in Wucun, the city’s public security bureau, for persecuting falun Gong students.

Us Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Huang Yuanxiong, director of the Wucun Police station in The Chinese city of Xiamen, was involved in serious human rights violations. In particular, Mr. Huang seriously violated the freedom of worship of Falun Gong students, and he participated in their detention and interrogation. Under U.S. regulations, Huang and his or her spouse are not allowed to enter the country.

The sanctions highlight U.S. support for human rights and the promotion of accountability for serious human rights violations, the State Department statement said.

On the eve of International Human Rights Day on December 10, Falun Gong students in 29 western countries submitted their latest list of persecutors to their governments, demanding that they and their families be banned from entering the country and even their assets be frozen.

Among the 29 countries whose names were sent were the United States, Canada, The United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand of the Five Eyes Alliance; In 18 countries of the European Union, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, the Czech republic, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal, and the other six countries: Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Mexico.

The latest list of central party officials includes Han Zheng, a member of the Politburo Standing Committee; Guo Shengkun, the party’s top legislator; Zhou Qiang, the head of the Supreme Court; Liu Jinguo, the deputy head of the central Commission for Discipline Inspection; and Fu Zhenghua, deputy head of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

The other villains on the list, as before, involved officials at all levels, all industries and all levels, including secretaries of political and legal commissions, 610 directors, local officials, heads of public security departments and bureaus, police officers of the National Security Brigade, heads of courts and judges, and heads of prisons and re-education through Labour camps.

The United States was the first country to pass the Global Magnitsky Act in 2016. Other Western countries have been encouraged to push for similar sanctions. On 7 December 2020, EU member states signed an agreement to set up a system similar to the US “Global Magnitsky Act” to sanction human rights persecutors.

Group 610 is the communist Party’s main criminal organization

The 610 members have become one of the main targets of governments in the United States and Europe to crack down on human rights criminals in accordance with the law.

A 2011 report by the US Congress and the Executive Commission on China (CECC) identified Office 610 as an “extra-judicial organ” for ordering the CPC Central Committee. According to the CECC report and reports from US think tanks, the 610 office has expanded from persecuting Falun Gong to persecuting various religious and qigong groups in China. Its goal is to “imprison and reform the minds of the Chinese people”, but its primary task remains to persecute Falun Gong.

On June 10, 1999, Jiang Zemin, head of the Communist Party of China, ordered 610, whose sole duty was to promote the persecution of falun Gong throughout the country. The 610 office is affiliated with the Party committees (political and Legal committees) at all levels.

Central is referred to as the “610” office following the second central power outside of the standing committee of the politburo, once can mobilize the whole state machine and almost all of the social resources, using the courts, the army, armed police, agents, foreign affairs, education, propaganda, health care, and other systems, to conduct a national persecution of falun gong practitioners. To cover up persecution, the 610 Office was renamed the Central Prevention Office (office of the Leading Group for The Prevention and Handling of Cults) in 2000.

Although the “precautionary Office” (office 610) at the central level of the COMMUNIST Party of China was abolished in March 2018, But government documents and public information obtained by the EPOCH Times show that 610 offices at provincial, municipal and county levels below the central government are still operating and misusing public funds to persecute people of faith, including Falun Gong students.

As a specialized agency in charge of persecution, 610 directly deployed, implemented, promoted and supervised persecution. Many of the secret orders against the Falun Gong, such as “reputational corruption, economic amputation, physical annihilation,” “no identification, direct cremation,” and “death is suicide,” were issued through the 610 Office in secret.

According to well-documented death lists, 610 has driven at least 4,595 Falun Gong practitioners to their deaths in mainland China over the past two decades. Several evidences show that 610 also directed the crime of forcing the organs of falun Gong students to be harvested alive.
