An election official checks the accuracy of a machine at the Miami-Dade, Fla., election headquarters on Oct. 14.
A day after Antrim County, Mich., released a forensic audit of the Dominion Voting System Monday, the Arizona State Legislature decided to issue a subpoena for a forensic audit of the Dominion Voting system used by Maricopa County during the 2020 presidential election.
A Michigan judge on Monday allowed the release of the results of an investigation into the Dominion voting machines used in Antrim County, Mich. According to the survey results, the Dominion error rate is as high as 68.05%, 85,000 times higher than the maximum error rate of 0.0008%. In other words, the Dominion Voting machines made fatal errors in electoral security and integrity.
Responding to the investigation, Mark Finchem, a Republican state representative in Arizona, announced on Tuesday a forensic audit of the Dominion voting machines in Maricopa County, Arizona.
“Subpoena!” Finchum tweeted. Pending the completion of a legal audit.”
In a statement, he added that an audit would look at what happened in Maricopa County during the election process. Because of the county’s concentration of people, its election results affect the entire state.
“Everyone is working hard to make sure that a fair and fair vote count is done. The legislature may have to step in, but we must follow the rule of law and act quickly. We still have a lot of steps to take, and we cannot rush into anything that could undermine the process on which we depend to ensure fair and fair elections, “he said. The statement said.

On Monday, At an election hearing before the Arizona Senate Judiciary Committee, Republican senators questioned Maricopa County elections director Scott Jarrett about the reliability of the election results, according to the Arizona Mirror.
Eddie Farnsworth, chairman of the Dominion, said after hearing testimony that he would issue subpoenas for an audit of the Dominion voting machines and software. He said the subpoenas would “ensure that at least the legislature has a process” to examine the “veracity” of the 2020 election.
“There is evidence of tampering, there is evidence of fraud.” “Let’s have an audit and see what happens,” Mr. Farnsworth said. “Then we can fix the problem.”
He added that the post-election audit was a necessary action to help restore confidence in a fair and legitimate election “and to try to see if we can inject some confidence back into our electoral process”.
