The Texas case was a blessing in disguise for Trump in the Supreme Court

On December 11th America’s Supreme Court dismissed outright the election case brought by Texas against four swing states (Pennsylvania, Joe, Michigan and Wisconsin). “The Supreme Court has really let us down,” Trump tweeted. No wisdom, no courage!” “This is a shame to the law, a shame to America!” There has also been widespread disappointment, even anger, among people seeking justice.

The Supreme Court’s dismissal of the case on far-fetched grounds was questioned

The Supreme Court dismissed the Texas case on the grounds that the state could not prove that other states’ election issues affected its interests, and therefore found that Texas lacked the right to Sue. For now, this argument feels underwhelming.

First, the four swing states sued by Texas have changed their electoral rules in violation of article 2 of the Constitution, the Electors clause. Moreover, counties in all four swing states changed the way they received, evaluated, and handled ballots in violation of the Equal protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment (see Bush v. Gore two decades ago). Therefore, it is an indisputable fact that the defendants’ four states are unconstitutional.

As the last guardian of American constitutionalism, a federal chief justice’s first duty is to defend the Constitution. Since the four states were already unconstitutional, the Supreme Court should not have struck down the Texas case in terms of the constitution alone. At the very least, two justices, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, dissented from the court’s final decision, saying in a separate statement: “We have no right to deny a petition that falls within our jurisdiction.”

Second, the four swing states sued by Texas ignored the law, covered up massive and systematic fraud, and allowed millions of votes to be tampered with, leading directly to the rewriting of the actual results of the election. It is clear that the unconstitutional and illegal actions of these four states will affect not only Texas, but all legitimate voters across the United States who seek justice. The reason the Supreme Court dismissed the Texas case, therefore, ran counter to common sense.

Moreover, ignoring the vast amount of evidence of fraud by Team Biden, ignoring the surge of public opinion across the country, and ignoring the division of the country… Taken together, at least as a result of the Texas case, the Court is likely morally bankrupt.

On Friday, White House press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany told Fox News anchor Sean Hannity that the Supreme Court justices who refused to hear the Texas case chose to stay out of the way rather than enforce their Constitutional right to review the facts of the case.

“None of these justices gave an opinion on the facts of the case,” McKenney said. “There were 174,384 votes in the state of Michigan that were not tied to the registration number. In this case, it remains a fact at this point.”

Alan Dershowitz, a retired law professor at Harvard University, said the dismissal of Texas’s case against four swing states for lack of capacity to Sue showed that the Supreme Court did not want to intervene in the election. “The Supreme Court’s decision sends a message,” Dershowitz said. “The majority includes three justices appointed by President Trump who have said, ‘We don’t want to hear the Texas case, we don’t want to get involved in this election.'”

Supreme Court 2:7 — The reason behind the “accident.

In just two days since Ken Paxton, Texas’s attorney-general, filed his case before the Supreme Court on December 8th, 18 states have joined Texas in its appeal. The power of justice gives hope to the masses who are seeking justice. Soon after, however, on the night of the 11th, the Supreme Court dismissed the case, to an unexpected 2:7. Only the aforementioned Justices, Alito and Thomas, dissented in the dismissal.

Most spectacularly, the three “conservative” justices nominated and appointed by President Donald Trump — Amy Coney Barrett, Brett M. Kavanaugh and Neil McGill Gorsuch — did not take the moral side and backed off. I do not know president Trump’s words “no wisdom, no courage!” Contains many disappointments.

It is not the first time that Ms Barrett, in particular, has surprised the public less than two months after taking office. Before the election, Barrett did not participate in the Supreme Court’s decision to delay the Pennsylvania mail-ballot, citing the fact that it was new to the court, which resulted in a 4-4 decision. As a result, voter fraud, especially deferred vote fraud, was unprecedented in Pennsylvania this year.

Wasn’t Barrett a good Catholic? Many people will have such doubts. To be sure, Mr Barrett, who took office on October 26th just before the election, has a lot of aura about him: good grades, good faith, good wife and good mother. , favored by the majority of Traditional Faith families in the United States. And two other justices, aren’t they both considered conservative justices? Don’t they all have good faith? What the hell is going on?

In this year’s U.S. election, the left orchestrated a systematic campaign of electoral fraud and controlled mainstream media, social media and big tech companies to promote Biden in an attempt to oust President Donald Trump in a coup. Those who dare to speak out for justice, be they government officials or ordinary citizens, may face denigration of reputation and even life threats. Judging by the stories of Sidney Powell, barrister Lin Wood, General Services Administrator Emily Murphy, and many of the people who testified at Mr. Biden’s fraud hearings, it doesn’t rule out that these Supreme Court justices may also face intimidation from the left.

In addition, Supreme Court justices serve for life and are guaranteed jobs, no matter how well they perform in litigation and no matter who the next president is, they cannot be fired. So, if you can’t really pious faith, if there is no firm faith of justice, if you can’t leave his own self, to the country and the people’s interests, it is difficult to Yu Yihe under pressure side and make the right trade-offs between natural cannot have enough moral courage to face the general election, to choose to retreat. Perhaps president Trump saw this coming long ago, so after Texas filed its complaint with the Supreme Court, he tweeted: “Wisdom and courage!” “The Supreme Court has an opportunity to save America from the greatest electoral fraud in The history of the United States.”

John Adams, the second president of the United States, once said: “No armed government is capable of dealing with a human being free from moral and religious constraints. Greed, ambition, revenge, and recklessness will break our strongest constitutions like a whale breaking through a fishing net. Our Constitution is made only for moral and religious people, and it does not apply in any way to the governance of anyone else.”

The twists and turns of the electoral fraud cases have shown that no matter how perfect the constitution and laws seem to be, apart from faith and morality, they are fundamentally flawed and will not make up for the corruption of people’s hearts. That is why fraud, which ordinary people can judge with common sense, has been so slow to be dealt with in the judiciary.

Of course, all of this will serve as a wake-up call to encourage more Americans to speak out for what is right. The rising tide of public opinion may also prompt the Justices to reflect, once they have found their moral courage, that they will make up for it by making a bold choice in the next Supreme Court case between Mr Powell and Mr Lynwood.

“The fight has just begun!” trump said.

Despite his expressions of disappointment after the Supreme Court dismissed the Texas case, President Trump fought back with a stronger will than ever. “We’ve just started the fight!” he tweeted on 12 December.

“We’re going to move immediately and seamlessly to Plan B, where every state brings a lawsuit now,” said Giuliani, the trump team’s lawyer. Next, the Trump team will file lawsuits in four of the swing states being sued by Texas, as well as Arizona and Nevada. Giuliani said the Trump team has thousands of sworn statements from witnesses in those six states.

Whatever the outcome of the legal battle, the biden team fraud scandal is sure to continue to be exposed on a massive scale. The more Americans, especially those who have been cheated by the mainstream media, will know the truth about this election, and the more public opinion will be in favor of President Trump. I believe this is also what President Trump wants to see, which is the return of more public conscience and justice.

Since ancient times, those who win the hearts of the people win the world. As General Flynn said before the Supreme Court on December 12: “The court does not decide who is the next president of the United States. We the people decide!”

In turn, the growing public opinion will provide strong support for The president to exercise his special powers under extreme circumstances. So will President Trump impose martial law? This possibility is not small. If the Supreme Court fails in the end, fails President Trump and the general public, and fails to show judicial justice, then with the courage and courage of President Trump, he will surely declare a state of emergency and put right all the wrong.

On December 12, Trump tweeted: “Nothing will happen to Hunter or Joe if Biden is elected. Barr can’t do anything, a new crop of party killers will come in and kill them all. So did Durham (barr’s special prosecutor). We caught them cold, spies, treason, etc. [hard evidence], but ‘justice’ took too long. Will be DOA!”

In this tweet, President Trump has referred to the federal felony of treason and has used the DOA (Dead on Arrival) against traitors, which is likely to be matched by the use of counterinsurgency law. That’s something to watch.

Despite the Supreme Court’s retreat in The Texas case, there is no need for the righteous to be disappointed and frustrated. More people will surely learn the truth and join the ranks of the righteous. I also hope that the justices of the Supreme Court will uphold justice and conscience, and give an answer to the country and the people, and to themselves, in the upcoming lawsuits.

“Justice,” it is often said, “may be late, but never absent!” And the final result of the election is god already predetermined, that is, justice will prevail!
