Trump: Swing states certifying Biden win as serious crime

In a series of tweets on Sunday, Trump talked about voter fraud in swing states and reiterated that it would be illegal for those states to certify the election results.

On Sunday, the day before the Electoral College vote, President Donald Trump said massive voter fraud had been uncovered in swing states that would not only be illegal but would be a serious crime to certify the results. The president vowed again that he would never give up.

The 2020 presidential election has seen the worst fraud problem in U.S. history, and more and more of it is coming to light as multiple fraud lawsuits and election integrity hearings unfold in swing states. Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, the trump campaign’s chief lawyer, said On Sunday that he had 1,000 sworn testimony about election fraud.

The president has also repeatedly said that his election victory was stolen because of widespread electoral fraud.

In a series of tweets Sunday, Trump talked about voter fraud in swing states and reiterated that it would be illegal for those states to certify the election results.

Trump: Electoral fraud in swing states should not certify election results

“Massive electoral fraud has been found in swing states,” Trump wrote. “None of these states can legally prove the integrity and accuracy of these votes without committing serious, punishable crimes. Everyone knows that there are dead people, underage people, illegal immigrants, fake signatures, prisoners, and many others who voted illegally.”

“Also, the voting machine fault (also known as’ the FRAUD, the FRAUD ‘), votes, harvest a non-resident voters, fake votes, ballot stuffing and pay for voting, observers roughed up the republican vote, sometimes vote vote (quantity) even more than people, these (corrupt) phenomenon happened in Detroit, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, etc.” ‘he continued.

Trump said on Twitter that, as a result, the election results should not be certified. “This election is in protest!”

“We will never give up!

The president also took to Twitter to criticize nominal Republicans, known as RINOS. “RINOS, which runs the state voting agency, gives us a problem that allows The Democrats to cheat so blatantly in an attempt to steal the election,” Trump wrote. We [in fact] won the election by a landslide.”

Trump also cited fraud by mail ballots. He said they [Democrats] had taken the bold step of using mail-in ballots, sending tens of millions of votes at random, some of them getting two, three or four.

“We will never give up! The president vowed again.

Trump also told Fox News’ fox and Friends on Saturday: “It’s not over. We’re going to move on. We’re going to move on.”

“Elections are rigged by Democrats,” the president said.

“Basically, in five or six states, the local people who ran the campaign (Democrats) rigged the election,” Trump said.

Trump: It’s bad for the country that the Supreme Court backs down

On Friday, the Supreme Court dismissed Texas’s lawsuit against four swing states.

President Donald Trump tweeted On Sunday that it is “ridiculous” for the Supreme Court to say it cannot determine the eligibility of original jurisdiction among multiple states, including governors. The Constitution lists this. They [the justices] are just ‘holding back’ and do not want to decide the case. Too bad for our country!”

On Friday, the Supreme Court justices wrote in an order that the Texas motion to grant a petition was rejected because it did not comply with Article 3 of the Constitution. Texas lacks a constitutional right to Sue because it lacks a judicatory interest to intervene in elections in other states.

“We’ve proven it,” Trump told Fox News On Saturday, “but no judge, including the Supreme Court, has the guts. I’m very disappointed about that.”

“No judge, not even the Supreme Court of the United States, has the courage to allow it to come to trial.” The President said.

“So what they’re really saying is that the president of the United States, Texas and other states, the great states, they don’t qualify.” The President said.

The president also tweeted on Saturday: “The Supreme Court has zero interest in the substance of the worst voter fraud in the history of the United States of America. All they are interested in is’ qualifications’, which makes it hard for the president to bring a case on substance. 75 million votes!”

Under federal law, states have until December 8 to resolve any dispute over their votes and confirm the winner. Members of the Electoral College will vote for the president on December 14.
