Li stressed that this year is the biggest challenge faced by the BRANCH in its more than 30 years of existence. The five major programs of the SPLA are “release pro-democracy activists, rehabilitate the communist Party, hold tu Cheng accountable, end one-party dictatorship, and build a democratic China”.
