Election update 12.13: Powell: Trump executive Order to seize voting machines

Hundreds of thousands of people gathered in Washington, DC on Saturday to stop the stolen election and support President Trump. At the same time, states are holding simultaneous local rallies, which voters say will not only support Trump, but also protect the U.S. Constitution. There are people who have expressed a strong belief that God is in control and Trump is the man chosen by God.

“I don’t think Joe Biden is going to be president, not just because he’s unfit to be president, but because God is in charge and God will shape America’s future.” Kevin Jessip, president of the Global Strategic Alliance, told the rally.

Trump’s legal team said it would continue to fight the Texas case after it was dismissed by the Supreme Court on Friday as lacking the ability to bring a case. “This is no longer a matter of electoral politics,” the epoch Times features in “Right The Wrong with The Special Powers granted to the President by the Constitution,” noting that “it is an act of naked mass criminality.”

According to the feature, the Executive order Trump signed on September 12, 2018 stipulates that the director of National Intelligence must submit an assessment of whether a foreign government interfered in the U.S. election within 45 days of the election, under which the U.S. government can directly impose sanctions. Since it is an executive order, it does not need to be passed by Congress, and governments at all levels must act in accordance with the law.

Next week will be crucial, and three things are known to be on the agenda:

On December 14th states formally submitted their credentials, and the organisers of Saturday’s DC rally called on senators to oppose the electoral vote for Mr Biden by then.

A Senate hearing on December 16th to examine election irregularities in 2020, in which Ken Starr, a prominent lawyer, and lawyers from key battleground states will testify, will be fiercely opposed by Democrats.

On December 18, the 45-day deadline set by the 2018 executive Order for foreign interference in the U.S. presidential election, Intelligence Director Ratcliffe is due to provide his assessment before that deadline.

Here’s a live update on the U.S. election:

Powell: The president can use executive orders for foreign interference in elections

Sidney Powell, a prominent U.S. lawyer, said the Issue of foreign interference in the November 3 election was enough to trigger the enforcement of an executive order issued by President Donald Trump in 2018 imposing sanctions on interference in the U.S. election.

In September 2018, the President of the United States trump signed an executive order request “within 45 days after the election in the United States, director of national intelligence should be with any other appropriate consultation, head of the executive departments and agencies, to any foreign government, or as a foreign government agents, or on behalf of foreign governments to act, to intervene in the us election intent, or the purpose of information.”

Powell told the EPOCH Times that the executive order could give Trump “all sorts of powers” to “seize assets [from elections] to freeze things and require seizure of machines [voting machines].”

“Under his emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the matter, which is exactly what needs to happen.” Powell added. “Every machine in the country, every voting machine in the country should be impounded now. Frankly, there are enough criminal and sound reasons for anyone willing to settle law (lawsuits) and facts on the basis of truth rather than politics, corporate greed or global wealth.”

Flynn: The FBI should be investigating Swawell, not him and Trump

Former national Security adviser Michael Flynn said in an interview on Sunday that counterintelligence officials should not devote time and resources to investigating his campaign against President Donald Trump, and should instead focus on the investigation of senior U.S. Representative Eric Swalwell.

“When the counterintelligence community, the system and the leadership are looking at Michael Flynn and President Donald Trump, they should be looking at Swalwell,” Flynn told Fox News. I tell you, if Swalwell is a smoking bush in a jungle, I’m sure there are others.”

Swawwell was exposed in a recent Axios report as having an affair with a female Chinese Communist party spy named Christine Fang, who maintained sexual relationships with a number of U.S. politicians and whom she focused on as a “nurturing target.”

Swawell has been a vocal opponent of The president, jumping up and down to frame trump on Russia charges, publicly expressing his belief that Trump is a “Russian spy,” and serving as a key member of both the House Intelligence and Justice Committees that are overseeing trump’s impeachment.

Mr. Swawell claimed that he had not shared any confidential information with Ms. Fang, with whom he is said to have been in contact since 2012, when he was a city councilman. According to Axios, Fang placed an intern in Swawell’s office and helped him raise money for his 2014 congressional campaign.

Swawell’s relationship with Fang has been the subject of much speculation since Axios published a report alleging that Fang had sexual relations with at least two Midwestern mayors.

Trump lawyer: It was a political decision for the Supreme Court to dismiss the Texas lawsuit

On December 11th America’s Supreme Court dismissed a case brought by Texas against four swing states. Jenna Ellis, a lawyer on Trump’s team, said bluntly that the Supreme Court did not want to hear the Texas election integrity case at all, and that the decision was politically motivated.

“The Supreme Court has just decided not to hear this case,” Ellis told Newsmax. “It seems to be politically motivated. “But the Supreme Court’s decision comes at a time when the (legitimate) votes of 80 million Americans are being compromised by election corruption and defendant states’ disregard for election laws.”

“It is shocking and morally unacceptable that the Supreme Court should choose not to participate in this situation.” “Ellis said.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court on the evening of December 7, accusing election officials and judges in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and Michigan of violating the Constitution by altering election laws without a legislative process. The changes to the electoral law loosened the oversight of electoral integrity, leading to major constitutional violations in the electoral process in these states.

On December 11th the Supreme Court dismissed the suit, saying that “Texas’s motion to be allowed to file is inconsistent with Article III of the Constitution, and that the conduct of elections in other states does not have an interest within the jurisdiction of Texas.”

Trump: Barr has an obligation to investigate Hunter Biden

On Sunday, Trump said Attorney General William Barr had an obligation to investigate Hunter Biden, son of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, and his overseas business dealings.

“Joe Biden lied on the debate stage.” “He (Biden) said, ‘Nothing happened, nothing happened,’ and Bill Barr should be there,” Trump told Fox News. Say what you will about Robert Mueller, when [a news organization] puts out a fake article… Mueller came forward, he said the article was false, and then it turned out there was no collusion.”

“Bill Barr should do the same.” “The president added.

Trump illustrated the Mueller investigation, which ultimately found that trump’s campaign did not collude with Russia in 2016. Later, the Justice Department’s Inspector General’s office revealed that the FBI made a series of “material errors and omissions” in its investigation of the Trump campaign.

Former FEDERAL chief executive: Only Trump can stand up to big Tech

Shawn Clark is an executive coach and consultant with the federal government and the private sector. Clark spent 10 years in government before becoming a consultant. He has served as chief learning officer for the U.S. Treasury Department and vice President of the Federal Aviation Administration.

Clark told a pro-Trump rally in Washington on Saturday that the “bias” of the media and big tech toward the election had gotten out of hand.

“It’s terrible, these censorship is intimidation, these censorship is intimidation. The chilling effect is happening in freedom of expression. The goals of the other side are power and control. It’s really sad.” “Right now, the only person who can take on the media, take on big technology, take on the Democrats, take on RINO, the only person who can do that and survive is Donald Trump,” Clark said.

Tens of thousands of Americans gathered in Washington on December 12 for a march and rally to petition the government for a fair election and a transparent vote count. Similar grassroots protests have taken place in all 50 state capitals every Saturday since the election.

Clark said the case of voter fraud made him decide to attend the rally.

General Flynn: America is in a war between good and evil

The FORMER US national Security adviser general Michael Flynn says the US is in a “war of good and evil”. “The battle we are fighting cannot be fought with human weapons alone,” he wrote in a column published On Dec. 10. “It requires the intervention of God, because it is already a war against the forces of evil, and only God can win.”

“As American citizens, we must refuse to attend the funeral of [the loss of] our independence. We the people should be proud to declare that the United States of America is’ one nation under God. ‘”

“We do not want a tyrant who is not elected to rule the world, they want the power to destroy us, and we understand what their plan is: to eliminate dissent, to stifle any criticism, and the dictator will outlaw those who do not obey the ‘new world order.'” “Flynn wrote in the article.

Flynn also spoke Saturday at the Stop Thefts conference in Washington, D.C.

If tyrants “cannot be persuaded through the mainstream media, they will not hesitate to resort to deception, betrayal, perjury and censorship,” he said. “We cannot forget the crimes they have committed, they have broken our laws, they have betrayed our country, and they have sworn to defend, protect and defend the Constitution for our country.”

Nevada DMV records reveal that nearly 4,000 foreigners voted

In its election lawsuit, The Nevada Republican hired Jesse Kamzol, a data expert, to compare 110,164 noncitizen records provided by the DMO with Nevada voter records, and found that 6,260 noncitizens registered to vote and 3,987 noncitizens voted. Kamzor said the results were “credible to medium.”

He notes that with limited information, the results can contain a false positive sample, but even then, the matches are important and worth further investigation.

According to Nevada law, the State department of Transportation must automatically register everyone who is given a driver’s license to vote. In Nevada, people can get a driver’s license and identification card whether they live legally or illegally.

Us House Minority Whip: Joe Biden is not the president-elect

House Minority Whip Steve Scalise said Sunday that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is not the president-elect because of ongoing legal battles over the outcome in key battleground states.

“Let the legal process be effective. If you want to restore the trust of millions of people who are still very frustrated and angry about what has happened, you have to bring this whole system into play. On January 20, a president will be sworn in.” Scalise spoke on fox News.

Biden, 78, claimed victory in the 2020 election, claiming he had more than 270 electoral votes. But President Donald Trump and other Republicans have challenged the results in key battleground states, pointing to witnesses who testified about fraud and other fraud and irregularities at hearings in those states and in affidavits accompanying the lawsuit.

Biden will not be elected president until the electoral votes and votes are counted.

Voters go to the polls this week. A joint session of Congress will convene on January 6, 2021, when the states’ electoral votes will be counted. During that session, members of Congress may object to the counting of votes in one or more states, or invalidate those ballots, triggering a second scenario in which each state delegation votes for the president.

In this case, each state delegation has one vote, which is determined by its member, who currently has a Republican majority in the House of Representatives.

Trump: Electoral challenges are not over yet

President Donald Trump said on Monday that he and his campaign “will continue to press ahead” with a legal challenge to the outcome of the November election, even though the Electoral College begins voting on Monday.

In an interview with Fox&Friends co-host Brian Kilmeade on Saturday, trump said that despite the Supreme Court’s rejection of the Texas lawsuit against four swing states, he still has other challenges.

“No, it’s not over yet. We keep moving forward, and we will keep moving forward. We have a lot of local cases.” Trump said.

“They give us very little time. But we caught them, and as you know, they falsified, they threw away votes, they did incredible things.” Trump said “tens of thousands of votes” had been illegally submitted in the name of the deceased. It was a “rigged election”.

In response to the Supreme Court’s dismissal of Texas’s case against four swing states, Trump said, “We’ve proven it (election fraud), but no judge, including the Supreme Court, has guts. I’m very disappointed about that.”

Former Utah Speaker of the House: Trump has done most to defend religious freedom

On December 12, the “Stop Stealing elections” rally was held in Washington, DC. Greg Huges, a former Speaker of the Utah House of Representatives who attended the rally, told Newtown.TV that religious freedom is at the heart of The American people and that President Trump is a president who truly stands up for religious freedom and has done more than any other president to do so.

“Tough times don’t last. Tough people don’t last.”

Huges said the United States and even the world are facing tough times, including the impact of the Communist Party virus (Wuhan pneumonia) outbreak and the U.S. election “in a way that raises questions about wrongdoing.”

But, he said, tough times don’t last, but tough people do. “We are very supportive of everything that President Trump has done for us. He is the leader of our Republican Party and we are going to move forward.” He said.

Huges was the highest-ranking Utah official to support President Donald Trump and has developed a strong relationship with the president and his son, Donald Jr.

Huges said the rally was important, telling people not to give up. “It’s a combination of people, ordinary people, we don’t lose, we don’t get discouraged, we keep fighting, the president has been doing it, and we will do it.” He said.

“We love our president, he’s in the White House for us, we feel it, he’s for ordinary people, he’s for us, we support him,” he would tell Trump. We’re all there for each other.”

Presidential campaign organizer: Trump is fighting for justice

At a Pro-Trump rally in Washington on December 12, Alex CrazyLegs Stovall, a trump campaign organiser in Maricopa, Arizona, said: “If I could say anything to President Trump, I would say: Please keep fighting. You’re fighting for what’s right!” “I have great respect for him.”

“I support President Trump because I am a veteran,” Stovall said. He was a patriot. He loved America. He didn’t want America to be sold out. I am proud of my country.”

Stovall said today’s event was significant. “In my opinion, there was a lot of dishonesty [in the election]; People hear a lot of unclear information. I’m here today to make sure that we can create a campaign to get the truth and to clear up [the insults].”

Business leader: must fight to protect American freedom and economy

Eric Moutsos, founder of the Utah Business Revival group and a former Salt Lake City police officer, said at a massive ‘Pro-Trump, anti-theft’ rally in Washington on December 12 that Americans must fight with President Trump to protect freedom and the economy in the country.

“If we do not uphold the principles of freedom, all that we have built will be destroyed,” he said. Whether you are conservative or liberal, if there is no free market… The entire world economy depends on the American economy. Our enemies know this. They know that if they destroy America’s economy, everything will fall apart.”

Mutsos criticized anti-Trump forces for using the Outbreak of the Communist Party of China virus (Wuhan Pneumonia) to stifle people’s freedom and stifle economic activities.

Founder: Donald Trump is the best President I’ve ever seen

On December 12, the “Stop Stealing Elections” rally was held in Washington, DC. Kash Lee Kelly, founder of Streetlights Unity Foundation, attended the rally. Kelly said President Trump has helped wake up a nation of people and is “the best president I’ve ever seen in my life.”

Kelly said President Trump has always fought for America and has never stopped fighting for America. So, he said, “all Americans who believe they are patriots are fighting for President Trump.”

Kelly wants the world to know that they are not just fighting for President Trump. “Remember, this is a fight for America,” he said. So our fight is not over, it’s just begun, and we’re going to keep fighting for America. Whether or not President Trump is re-elected, we all hope he is. But regardless, he has all of us, and we’re going to continue to fight for our country the way President Trump has fought for America.”

President of the Freethinker Project: Election fraud humiliates patriots

On December 12, 2020 (Saturday), founder and President of free thinkers project Pearson (CJ Pearson) attended to be held in Washington, the support of the trump re-election, against stealing American election rally, he said, the election is for the United States patriot of shame, and the media in its interests to become the right-hand man of the Democratic Party.

Mr Pearson said he was prompted to come to the rally by the humiliation in this election of Americans who love their country, who love their president and who would do anything to ensure the American dream for everyone in every corner of this country.

“What happened in early November was a brutal assault on the confidence that the American people must have in elections and our country’s ability to conduct free and fair elections. It was like a hard working American who came out to support the president and got spit in his face.”

“We see across the country to the President of excitement and enthusiasm, this is not just a temporary passion as usual, but remain high, they are willing to in order to ensure the election of the President to freedom, justice, and all the efforts, this is the President of the United States should be, is also the americans deserved, that is why we are here today to fight for him.”

In response to the Supreme Court’s rejection of the Texas suit, Pearson says that as legal battles rage around the country, Supreme Court justices will finally face the fact that election fraud occurred.

Two SENATORS in the United States have not ruled out challenging the outcome of the presidential election

Two U.S. senators said they would not rule out joining the House of Representatives in opposing the outcome of the presidential election during a joint session of Congress on January 6, 2021, rejecting the Electoral College vote for Biden.

Senator Rand Paul told CNN on Thursday that he would not rule out joining House members in opposing and challenging the election results when Congress convenes for an electoral college vote on January 6. “We are still looking at the legal issues that arise in all the legal cases and we will make a decision when we see all the legal challenges,” Paul said.

Another senator, Ron Johnson, recently told reporters he would keep that option open. Johnson, chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, will hold his first congressional hearing on Wednesday to examine “irregularities” in the 2020 presidential election.

According to the rules of congress, any federal senators and congressmen are common during the joint of a state’s electoral votes, make both houses of congress to vote, to decide whether to accept or reject the state’s electoral college votes submitted, after the house and the senate will debate, the debate will be limited to two hours over time.

Senior adviser: Not supporting the Trump Movement will have no political future

Tens of thousands of voters from across the United States gathered in Washington on December 12 for a massive “Stop stealing and Support Trump’s re-election” rally. Mark Fast, a veteran corporate development consultant from Ohio, said anyone who does not recognize the enormous public opinion behind President Trump has no political future.

“President Trump has the highest level of support and enthusiasm of any president we have ever seen in our lifetime,” he said. “I remember former presidents, like Bill Clinton, not getting a tenth of the support and enthusiasm [for Trump].”

Fast attributed the president’s popularity to the fact that “he has been so honest and outspoken.” “People know they can trust him to share what he really thinks and follow through on his promises. Most other politicians can’t do that.”

“If other candidates don’t realize the power and passion behind Trump and the movement, if they don’t support it, it will be the end of their political careers.”

Mr Powell urgently asked the Supreme Court to revoke the state’s accreditation

Sidney Powell, a prominent U.S. lawyer, is asking the Supreme Court to act immediately on her lawsuit against a number of swing states over election integrity and election results and order them to revoke their accreditation.

Powell said on Friday that she had filed an emergency request with the U.S. Supreme Court, asking the justices to order officials in Georgia, Michigan and Arizona to immediately revoke the 2020 election results and prevent electors in those states from voting.

Powell is also expected to file an emergency request for her Wisconsin case. The requests were intended to preserve the status quo in the states so that the Supreme Court would have time to consider the charges in her lawsuit.

“These cases raise constitutional questions and demonstrate massive fraud. Our plaintiffs are qualified, and ‘we the People’ will not allow elections to be rigged, “Powell said in a statement on Twitter on Friday.

Prominent lawyers will testify at next Wednesday’s U.S. Senate election hearing

Mr Johnson said his hearings were intended to “restore confidence in the system” and were intended only to “expose suspicious activity” in the election, without drawing conclusions or overturning the results. He also said the hearing will help him decide whether to join House Republicans in challenging the election results at the Congressional electoral college vote count conference on January 6. Johnson said they are also considering inviting witnesses from Pennsylvania and Joe.

And Chuck Schumer, the Democratic minority leader in the Senate, attacked Mr Johnson at a hearing this week, demanding that he cancel it immediately.
