Hundreds of thousands of people gathered in Washington, DC on Saturday to stop the stolen election and support President Trump. At the same time, states are holding simultaneous local rallies, which voters say will not only support Trump, but also protect the U.S. Constitution. There are people who have expressed a strong belief that God is in control and Trump is the man chosen by God.
“I don’t think Joe Biden is going to be president, not just because he’s unfit to be president, but because God is in charge and God will shape America’s future.” Kevin Jessip, president of the Global Strategic Alliance, told the rally.
Trump’s legal team said it would continue to fight the Texas case after it was dismissed by the Supreme Court on Friday as lacking the ability to bring a case. “This is no longer a matter of electoral politics,” the epoch Times features in “Right The Wrong with The Special Powers granted to the President by the Constitution,” noting that “it is an act of naked mass criminality.”
According to the feature, the Executive order Trump signed on September 12, 2018 stipulates that the director of National Intelligence must submit an assessment of whether a foreign government interfered in the U.S. election within 45 days of the election, under which the U.S. government can directly impose sanctions. Since it is an executive order, it does not need to be passed by Congress, and governments at all levels must act in accordance with the law.

Powell: The president can use executive orders for foreign interference in elections

Frankly, there are enough criminal and sound reasons for anyone willing to settle law (lawsuits) and facts on the basis of truth rather than politics, corporate greed or global wealth.”
Flynn: The FBI should be investigating Swawell, not him and Trump
Former national Security adviser Michael Flynn said in an interview on Sunday that counterintelligence officials should not devote time and resources to investigating his campaign against President Donald Trump, and should instead focus on the investigation of senior U.S. Representative Eric Swalwell.
“When the counterintelligence community, the system and the leadership are looking at Michael Flynn and President Donald Trump, they should be looking at Swalwell,” Flynn told Fox News. I tell you, if Swalwell is a smoking bush in a jungle, I’m sure there are others.”
Swawwell was exposed in a recent Axios report as having an affair with a female Chinese Communist party spy named Christine Fang, who maintained sexual relationships with a number of U.S. politicians and whom she focused on as a “nurturing target.”
Swawell has been a vocal opponent of The president, jumping up and down to frame trump on Russia charges, publicly expressing his belief that Trump is a “Russian spy,” and serving as a key member of both the House Intelligence and Justice Committees that are overseeing trump’s impeachment.
Mr. Swawell claimed that he had not shared any confidential information with Ms. Fang, with whom he is said to have been in contact since 2012, when he was a city councilman. According to Axios, Fang placed an intern in Swawell’s office and helped him raise money for his 2014 congressional campaign.
Swawell’s relationship with Fang has been the subject of much speculation since Axios published a report alleging that Fang had sexual relations with at least two Midwestern mayors.
Trump lawyer: It was a political decision for the Supreme Court to dismiss the Texas lawsuit
On December 11th America’s Supreme Court dismissed a case brought by Texas against four swing states. Jenna Ellis, a lawyer on Trump’s team, said bluntly that the Supreme Court did not want to hear the Texas election integrity case at all, and that the decision was politically motivated.
“The Supreme Court has just decided not to hear this case,” Ellis told Newsmax. “It seems to be politically motivated. “But the Supreme Court’s decision comes at a time when the (legitimate) votes of 80 million Americans are being compromised by election corruption and defendant states’ disregard for election laws.”
“It is shocking and morally unacceptable that the Supreme Court should choose not to participate in this situation.” “Ellis said.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court on the evening of December 7, accusing election officials and judges in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and Michigan of violating the Constitution by altering election laws without a legislative process. The changes to the electoral law loosened the oversight of electoral integrity, leading to major constitutional violations in the electoral process in these states.
On December 11th the Supreme Court dismissed the suit, saying that “Texas’s motion to be allowed to file is inconsistent with Article III of the Constitution, and that the conduct of elections in other states does not have an interest within the jurisdiction of Texas.”
Trump: Barr has an obligation to investigate Hunter Biden
On Sunday, Trump said Attorney General William Barr had an obligation to investigate Hunter Biden, son of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, and his overseas business dealings.
“Joe Biden lied on the debate stage.” “He (Biden) said, ‘Nothing happened, nothing happened,’ and Bill Barr should be there,” Trump told Fox News. Nevada DMV records reveal that nearly 4,000 foreigners voted

Us House Minority Whip: Joe Biden is not the president-elect
House Minority Whip Steve Scalise said Sunday that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is not the president-elect because of ongoing legal battles over the outcome in key battleground states.
“Let the legal process be effective. If you want to restore the trust of millions of people who are still very frustrated and angry about what has happened, you have to bring this whole system into play. On January 20, a president will be sworn in.” Scalise spoke on fox News.
Biden, 78, claimed victory in the 2020 election, claiming he had more than 270 electoral votes. But President Donald Trump and other Republicans have challenged the results in key battleground states, pointing to witnesses who testified about fraud and other fraud and irregularities at hearings in those states and in affidavits accompanying the lawsuit.
Biden will not be elected president until the electoral votes and votes are counted.
Voters go to the polls this week. A joint session of Congress will convene on January 6, 2021, when the states’ electoral votes will be counted. During that session, members of Congress may object to the counting of votes in one or more states, or invalidate those ballots, triggering a second scenario in which each state delegation votes for the president.

Two SENATORS in the United States have not ruled out challenging the outcome of the presidential election

Donald Trump goes to West Point to Watch Game
After a morning flight overlooking thousands of supporters in The streets of Washington, DC, President Donald Trump arrived at West Point in Upstate New York to watch an American football game between navy and Army Cadets in the afternoon on December 12. The president was again greeted by a tsunami of applause and cheers from the young soldiers. People clapped and shouted USA, and it was a big sensation. Hunter’s email revealed that Biden and the Chinese partner were office colleagues
Hunter Biden referred to his father, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, and his Chinese business partners as “office colleagues”, according to a newly leaked email following a pre-election bombstorm about the Biden family’s involvement in unusual overseas business.
The Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) reported that Hunter wrote to the general manager of the property in his former office in Washington, DC on September 21, 2017. “Please make the keys for our new colleagues in the office,” he wrote in the email. Then he listed his father, Joe Biden, his stepmother, Jill Biden, his uncle, Jim Biden and Dong Gongwen Dong as “new people in the office.”
According to a report by the Senate Homeland Security Committee in September, $5m was wired to Mr Biden’s company, Hudson West III, by Chinese communist party conglomerate Huaxin Energy.
Prominent lawyers will testify at next Wednesday’s U.S. Senate election hearing
The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee will hold its first congressional hearing on Wednesday, Dec. 16, to examine “irregularities” in the 2020 presidential election.
Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, the Republican chairman of the Homeland Security and Government Affairs committee, invited prominent lawyer Ken Starr and lawyers from key battleground states to testify.
Mr Johnson said his hearings were intended to “restore confidence in the system” and were intended only to “expose suspicious activity” in the election, without drawing conclusions or overturning the results. He also said the hearing will help him decide whether to join House Republicans in challenging the election results at the Congressional electoral college vote count conference on January 6. Johnson said they are also considering inviting witnesses from Pennsylvania and Joe.
And Chuck Schumer, the Democratic minority leader in the Senate, attacked Mr Johnson at a hearing this week, demanding that he cancel it immediately.
