Trump urges Supreme Court to save America, rejects ‘illegitimate president’

U.S. President Donald Trump has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to save the United States from the worst election fraud in history in a series of tweets on October 10. Trump refused to recognize Biden as an “illegitimate president” and publicly denounced the election fraud as a “coup” for the first time.

President Trump filed a motion with the Supreme Court on Dec. 9 to join Texas’ lawsuit challenging the election results in four swing states – Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

“Election officials in each of the defendant states made changes (to election statutes) or failed to enforce state election laws when conducting the 2020 general election,” the motion filing reads.

“In the election just held, the swing states failed to conduct state elections in accordance with state election laws out of clear partisan advantage, in direct violation of the plenary electoral power granted to state legislatures under Article II of the U.S. Constitution.”

Eighteen states have now backed the Texas lawsuit, which directly alleges that four swing states illegally modified their voting procedures, rendering the election process unconstitutional. The Supreme Court is being asked to order those states that have appointed the Electoral College to have the state legislatures appoint new electors from scratch.

Kobach, an expert in immigration law and election fraud, said the Texas lawsuit raises a purely legal issue that does not rely on disputed facts and does not require proof of the actual existence of any one case of fraud, which is enough to win as long as the four states violated the Constitution.

In an interview with Newsmax on the 8th, Trump’s lawyer Sekulow also said that the Texas lawsuit was the “ultimate” case, “a case with a decisive impact on the outcome, with 62 electoral votes at stake, enough to change the outcome of the election.”

On the morning of the 10th, President Trump sent out a series of tweets urging the U.S. Supreme Court to save the United States from the worst election fraud in its history.

In one tweet, he wrote with emotion, “Wisdom and courage!!!”

Immediately after, Trump tweeted, “The Supreme Court has the opportunity to save our country from the biggest election fraud in U.S. history. 78% of people feel (they actually know!) the election was rigged.”

“How can you get a man elected who lost hundreds of thousands of legal votes in every swing state? How can a country be governed by an illegitimate president?” Trump claimed.

He also quoted Sean Hannity, a well-known Fox anchor. Hannity (Sean Hannity) said: “Donald Trump won a landslide. Trump won a landslide, and they (Democrats) stole the victory from him!”

Trump also publicly denounced the fraudulent 2020 election as a “coup” for the first time.

In his tweet, he quoted a Trump fan who said in an interview with OANN at a Georgia rally, “People are upset, and they have a right to be upset. Georgia not only (voted) for Trump in 2016, it still is. Will this be the only state in the Deep South (USA) to support Biden? Have they lost their minds? …… This is a very dangerous time in our history. The fact is that our country is being stolen from us. A coup is happening before our eyes and the public can’t take this anymore.”

Later that afternoon, 22 states, primarily Democratic states, filed amicus briefs with the Supreme Court, stating their support for the four swing states. This ultimate lawsuit has created a clear partisan divide.

In an exciting development, President Trump joined the Texas lawsuit after inviting U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, a Republican, to argue the Texas case. 9, Cruz’s spokesman, Aronson, confirmed that Cruz agreed to accept President Trump’s invitation.

After the election fraud occurred, Cruz has been a strong supporter of President Trump. He served as Texas deputy attorney general and private attorney, in the Supreme Court for nine nine oral arguments. 2000 presidential election litigation, he had for former President George W. Bush Jr. to form a legal team, the development of strategy, has a very rich experience in the field.

Cruz said, “I think we need a firm resolve, and we need the Supreme Court to step in and make sure we follow this principle: the Constitution and the law.”
