LIVE: Giuliani Connects to Joe State House Hearing

Giuliani, head of President Trump’s legal team, testified by video link during the Joe State hearing. He said, “After seeing the Georgia video, anyone who says the fraud is not real is lying!”

Giuliani played the Georgia election video, which showed supervisors telling election workers to leave the room and then pulling suitcases full of ballots from under the table ……

The Georgia legislature’s website sent out a notice Monday (7) that the state House Government Affairs Committee will hold a hearing on “election fraud” on Dec. 10.

The announcement said the hearing is designed to allow witnesses to provide testimony on election irregularities. State Rep. Shaw Blackmon (R), chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee, scheduled the hearing so that others in the state could share what they had observed.

Blackmon wants to give everyone the opportunity to provide written testimony and oral testimony. But there is no guarantee that everyone will be able to speak before the session adjourns.

The Georgia Senate had already held two election hearings last Thursday (3), with dozens of witnesses testifying that there was extensive election fraud. But on Monday (7), Joe Biden, the Democratic presidential nominee, was confirmed as the winner of the state after two recounts without verified signatures.

President Trump has repeatedly questioned why Governor Brian Kemp refused to “verify signatures” on the ballots. What is he hiding? In a tweet, Barrister Linwood hit the nail on the head: The governor of Joe is corrupted by the Communist Party.

The Trump campaign has filed a lawsuit in Joe alleging that several election officials “repeatedly violated election laws,” leading to illegal voting and counting, among other things.

On Friday (4) Vice President Mike Pence came to Joe to participate in the “Defend the Senate Majority” rally for the re-election of two senators, and on Saturday President Trump also came to Joe to give a speech at the rally, the scene was warm and touching. Trump said the election is crucial, control of the federal Senate means control of our country, “we will continue to save America”.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) filed a lawsuit Tuesday (Dec. 8) to ensure that Georgia’s election laws are “properly followed” before the Senate runoff on Jan. 5. The Republicans need only one more Senate seat to gain a majority.

Leading attorney Sidney Powell has also filed a lawsuit on behalf of several Republicans in the state of Georgia. She alleges “massive fraud” in the state, particularly vote-rigging and voter manipulation through the Dominion voting system, and seeks to nullify the results.

On Monday (7), Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the Supreme Court, challenging the election process in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin as unconstitutional. So far, 20 states have co-signed lawsuits against the four states, and President Trump has said he is on board.
