The U.S. election fraud is a history-making event that happens almost every day, but U.S. President Donald Trump (Trump) told reporters on Monday (Dec. 7) that “people can expect to see something bigger happen in the next few days, so let’s see what happens.”
In a feature article in the English-language Epoch, “Elections Under Attack, Americans Should Stand Up,” it was noted that President Trump’s recent “most important speech” marked a similar turning point in that the United States is defending its fundamental rights.
“If we don’t take a stand and speak up at this critical moment, we will see the Chinese Communist Party and its Communist allies complete their decades-long effort to conquer American freedom.” The article adds that this election fraud has left no stone unturned and that “the 2020 election has exposed the true position of every person, every company, every media outlet and even every country on the globe.”
Today (Dec. 8) is also known as the “safe harbor” deadline, a date by which states must resolve any disputes over their vote counts and confirm the winner, according to federal law. If a state fails to complete its vote count by that date, under the electoral college system, Congress can rule that their electors will not be counted in the final tally.
Under the U.S. precedent of 1876 and within the framework of the Constitution, presidential candidates can still pursue litigation after the “safe harbor” to reverse the results.
After Vice President Mike Pence and President Donald Trump traveled to Georgia, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is scheduled to speak at Georgia Tech on Wednesday (December 9) about the Chinese Communist Party’s infiltration and theft of U.S. national security and academic freedom.
The state of Joe did not verify signatures during any of the three vote counts, but the Secretary of State still certified Biden’s victory, and close ties between the state’s top brass and the Chinese Communist Party were exposed, such as the fact that the state’s Chinese domain name is owned by a Chinese company and that the Chinese Communist Party has strengthened ties with Joe through economic cooperation, sister cities, Confucius Institutes, and other forms of ties.
The following is a live update on the US election.
The Chinese Communist Party bought Biden, and Trump retweeted the evidence of the hammer.
Zhai Dongsheng suggests in his speech that the CCP helped Biden’s son build his foundation.
In a video that appeared on Fox News and then retweeted by Donald Trump, Zhai Dongsheng, vice dean of the School of International Relations at Renmin University of China, talks in shameful detail about how the Chinese Communist Party has used Wall Street over the past few decades to get America off the ground, and also mentions how the CCP got Biden’s son.
The video, which appears to have taken place last month, has now gone viral overseas, prompting all sorts of comments, and has been removed from mainland China.
A few days ago Powell, a prominent lawyer, forwarded the video of Zhai Dongsheng’s speech, and a netizen said, “President Qu just wanted to show off his cleverness and merit, but he didn’t want his speech at a critical moment to become hard evidence. The Democrats at the moment are probably itching to hate.”
Trump: a lot of big things are going to happen in the next few days
In response to a reporter’s question on December 7, President Trump mentioned that a lot of great things could happen in the next few days.
Trump told the media that the election was completely rigged, “It’s a disgrace to our country, it’s like a third world country, these ballots are pouring in from all over the place, using counting machines that no one knows the ownership of, the source is unknown.”
“They claim there were glitches in the machines, but these were not glitches, they were found to have counted thousands of ballots, all of which were against me.” He stated.
President Trump also stressed that the lawsuit has been filed, “Now we know what we can do. You’re going to see a lot of great things happening in the next few days.”
English Epoch: Americans should step up as election is attacked
In a feature article, the English-language Epoch mentioned that President Trump’s December 2 speech was a turning point and that the United States is defending its fundamental rights.
“His speech laid out what is happening in our country right now: widespread and systematic election fraud. As Trump pointed out, this is not about himself, but ‘about our democracy and the sacred rights that generations of Americans have fought, bled and died for. ‘There is nothing more urgent or more important,’ he said.”
“In an environment that may be more complex than during the War of Independence or the Civil War, the United States faces an enemy that is part of a global network that includes communist forces abroad and at home.”
“If we do not take a stand and speak up at this critical time, we will see the Chinese Communist Party and the Communist allies complete their decades-long effort to conquer American freedom.”
Trump team asks Michigan high court to declare election process illegal
Team Trump asked the Michigan Supreme Court on Monday (Dec. 7) to declare that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has violated the state’s constitution and election laws by allowing absentee ballots to be counted when scrutineers were unable to meaningfully observe the counting process.
“The constitutional rights of Michigan citizens have been violated because Secretary of State Benson has failed to prevent the processing of illegal ballots, and she has failed to ensure that challengers authorized by law have a meaningful opportunity to observe and challenge the vote counting process,” Trump’s campaign wrote in its brief.
The campaign is currently appealing the appeals court majority ruling, arguing that they are still entitled to judicial assistance because the electoral college won’t meet until Dec. 14 and the issues raised in the case are relevant to future elections.
Arizona Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Republican Appeal
Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Kelly Ward has revealed that she is appealing to the state’s Supreme Court to challenge the certification of the Nov. 3 election results.
Ward told local station KTAR-TV that she filed an appeal with the Arizona Supreme Court on Dec. 4, asking that the state’s certification of the election results be reversed. The court confirmed receipt of her appeal Monday (Dec. 7) and said it would rule on the case without oral arguments, according to news media reports.
In a tweet Monday, Ward wrote that Maricopa County had an unusual rate of voided mail-in ballots: “Maricopa County received nearly 2 million absentee/early ballots back in the mail, but only 600 were voided because the signatures didn’t match. Why pretend a check was performed when there were only 600?”
Pompeo Travels to Georgia on Wednesday to Deliver “Chinese Communist Threat” Speech
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will deliver a speech at the Georgia Institute of Technology on Wednesday (Dec. 9) at 10:00 a.m. ET on the Communist Party of China’s threat to U.S. national security and academic freedom. Pompeo revealed that he will speak about the Communist Party’s infiltration and theft of secrets from U.S. universities.
As Georgia will hold a runoff election for the federal Senate on January 5 next year, and the election results will determine which party controls the Senate, Pompeo’s trip to Georgia as a senior official in the Trump administration before the election has raised even more concern.
On Monday, the State Department announced that it would hold all 14 vice-chairmen of the Communist Party’s National People’s Congress (NPC) accountable for undermining Hong Kong’s autonomy. The 14 senior officials and their families were banned from entering the United States, while their assets will be frozen and their transactions banned. Pompeo said the State Department’s decision is to make Hong Kong policymakers and CCP officials pay the price by imposing sanctions on these individuals.
Barr resigns? DOJ: He’ll stay on if Trump needs him.
On December 6, the New York Times and other left-leaning media reported that Barr was considering an early resignation at the end of the year, causing widespread concern. The Chinese media even claimed that Barr’s resignation was a “wise choice”.
But a U.S. Justice Department official told CBS TV that Barr is actually inclined to stay on as long as Trump still needs him.
In a previous interview with the Associated Press, Barr claimed there was no fraud in the 2020 election, prompting public criticism. Subsequently, the U.S. Department of Justice issued an emergency statement, “Some media outlets have erroneously reported that the Department of Justice has concluded its investigation into election fraud and that the Department of Justice has declared that there was no fraud in the election.” It denied that Barr had made the statements in question and stated that it would continue to pursue the allegations of election fraud.
