Tesla responds to out-of-control crash: vehicle was not on auto-assist at the time of the accident

Tesla responded to the out-of-control crash by stating that after surveying the vehicle and compiling data, the vehicle was not on automatic driver assist at the time of the crash. Up until the collision, no system malfunctions, including the steering system, were found. The owner of the vehicle is being assisted with vehicle repairs and claims.
