Second U.S. Judge Grants Preliminary Injunction Preventing Commerce Department’s Order Banning TikTok Downloads From Taking Effect

A second U.S. judge on Monday night granted a preliminary injunction to prevent the U.S. Department of Commerce from imposing restrictions on the Chinese short-form video app TikTok, which says the Commerce Department’s restrictions would effectively ban it from the United States.
