Chinese Communist Party’s highest-ranking monk, Shi Xue Cheng, has been reduced to a “sex fiend”

On August 1, 2018, the scandalous story of Shi Xuecheng, the top leader of the Communist Party of China’s Buddhist community, sexually assaulting several female monastic disciples, went viral on the Internet and became a major news story at the time that rocked the world and abroad.

On the same day, Shi Xianjia and Shi Xianqi, who were formerly the head of Longquan Temple in Beijing, released a 95-page report on the situation, reporting that Shi Xuecheng had sexually abused several female monastic disciples and used various means to exercise “mind control” over them, engaging in so-called “double practice between men and women. “The company’s main business is to provide a wide range of services and services to the public.

Shi Xianjia and Shi Xianqi, are engineering PhDs who graduated from Tsinghua University. The Significant Situation Report they released is much like a doctoral dissertation, with a table of contents, attachments, factual statements, important evidence, meticulous logic and clear regulations. It has been widely circulated by readers at home and abroad because of its well-founded nature.

Shi Xue Cheng is horny

The Significant Information Report disclosed that Shi Xue Cheng sent a large number of sexually harassing text messages with extremely nasty, dirty and shameless contents to some female disciples of the monks.

In order to find out whether these text messages are real, Shixianjia and Shixianqi consulted the Ministry of Public Security, the Technical Investigation Department of the Supreme Procuratorate and the technical director of mobile communications through their lawyers, and received a unanimous response from the experts: “At present, there is no possibility of number theft and pseudo-computer station invasion, invading the server and changing the records is even more heavenly, and the judicial system takes the information recorded on the server as valid Legal evidence.”

Then, they went through the legal process and printed out the SMS records of Shih’s cell phone from the backend of China Telecom. The printed out text messages stunned them. In January and February 2018 alone, in just two months of text message records, Shi Xuecheng harassed six female disciples with intensive obscene text messages at the same time, even asking one female disciple to send 800 words about the process of having sex.

By analyzing these text messages, they confirmed that “four female disciples either complied or experienced hesitant struggles and eventually agreed to Shi Xuecheng’s sexual demands; the other two female disciples were relatively more vigilant and defensive, but their positions began to waver in the face of the unrelenting text messages.”

One of the female disciples, Shi Xian C (a pseudonym), spoke in a text message that after Shi Xue Cheng used her to bring his female disciple Shi Xian B (a pseudonym) to his bed, he “wouldn’t let me go back to Jokhang Temple and put it aside when he had no more use for a while, and even tried to kill her.”

The fact that he was sexually assaulted by Shi Xue Cheng and revealed that Shi Xue Cheng sexually assaulted another female disciple at the same time, was reported by Shi Xian C to Shi Xian Jia and five other deacon priests of Longquan Temple. Afterwards, Shi Xian C, accompanied by four priests including Shi Xian Qi, went to the police station in Haidian District, Beijing to report that “Shi Xue Cheng sexually abused several bhikkhunis”.

Another female disciple, Shi Xianjia (a pseudonym), reached the limit of her mental capacity under the barrage of sexual harassment text messages from Shi Xuecheng. She wrote, “Precepts are the life of a monk, but why does my master repeatedly break through my bottom line by violating the precepts to test whether or not I am following him? At this point I felt so painful that I felt as if I was close to death, to the point of having the thought: Is Master trying to put me to death …… At this point, my belief system was close to collapse.”

On February 5, 2018, Shi Xianjia made his “Will”. It reads, “I fear for my life” and “If my life is in trouble, please help appease and take care of my parents.”

Shi Xuecheng enriched his wealth

The Significant Situation Report talks about how in April 2015, Shi Xuecheng was elected president of the Communist Party’s Buddhist Association, and in July, a venerable priest at Longquan Temple was ordered by Shi Xuecheng to urgently collect 12 million yuan from the faithful, saying it was needed for the statue of Buddha at Longquan Temple’s Sanhui Hall. Soon after, five devotees each donated 2 million, 2 million, 4 million, 2 million, and 2 million respectively.

In November 2015, when the 12 million yuan was funded, it was not used for the statue of Buddha in Sanhui Hall, and all the donors were not sure where the 12 million yuan was transferred to.

In March 2018, the finance team of Yongchun Puji Temple in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, a branch of Beijing Longquan Temple, discovered that from November 2015 to January 2016, remittances totaling 10 million yuan were sent from Beijing Longquan Temple to Yongchun Puji Temple in four instalments and immediately transferred to personal accounts, and that the head of Longquan Temple ( The person in charge of Longquan Temple (Shi Xianqi) had no knowledge of this, and there was no record of it in the books.

The Significant Information Report appends the bank records of the 10 million yuan being transferred to the personal account.

In 2016, Longquan Temple bhikkhu Xianmou took a group of shamans out for group ordination and the money received, about 200,000 yuan, was deposited into a private account. The private account is a female devotee who went to the temple to become a monk to “provide” to Shi Xuecheng’s passbook account.

Shi Xuecheng illegal construction

The Significant Information Report states, “On April 11, 2005, Beijing Longquan Temple reopened as a legitimate religious site, with Shi Xuecheng as abbot, and then began guiding both monks and lay disciples to build a stage for him night and day.”

“From this time until now, all the buildings constructed at Longquan Temple (including the Deduan Residence, the Jushi Building, the Hall of Seeing and Doing, the North Annex Building, the East Annex Building, the New Teaching Building, the New North Building, and the Sanhui Hall) are all illegal structures.”

“All buildings have not been formally reviewed by the design institute; no sufficiently qualified supervisor was hired for the on-site construction.” “The approximately tens of thousands of square meters of buildings at Longquan Temple alone are estimated to use hundreds of millions of RMB.”

In late 2015, a worker was killed in an accident at the Sanhui Hall construction site, and the monastery paid hundreds of thousands of yuan in compensation to settle the matter privately.

Who was Shi Xuecheng?

At the time of the report, Shi Xuecheng was president of the Communist Party of China Buddhist Association, president of the China Buddhist Academy, editor-in-chief of Dharma Voice magazine, president of the Fujian Buddhist Association, president of the Fujian Buddhist Academy, honorary president of the Shaanxi Buddhist Association, president of the Famen Temple Buddhist Academy in Shaanxi, abbot of Guanghua Temple in Fujian, abbot of Famen Temple in Shaanxi, abbot of Longquan Temple in Beijing, etc. In 2008, he was “elected ” as a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC); in 2018, he became the deputy director of the National Committee of Ethnic Groups and Religions of the CPPCC.

Who was the “uncle” who promoted Shi Xuecheng? It was Zhao Puchu, the former president of the Communist Party’s Buddhist Association, who was a big favorite of former Communist dictator Jiang Zemin and has since died.

In 1983, when Shi Xuecheng was studying in the preparatory class of Fujian Buddhist College, he was appreciated by Zhao Puchu, the then president of the Chinese Communist Buddhist Association and the president of the Chinese Buddhist College. 1988, when the abbot of Guanghua Temple in Fujian retired, Zhao Puchu “overruled” and recommended Shi Xuecheng, who was still a graduate student at the Chinese Buddhist College, to be the abbot. In January 1989, at the age of 23, he became the youngest abbot of a Buddhist monastery in China.

Zhao Puchu said in a speech: “After arriving in Putian, I visited Guanghua Temple …… Guanghua Temple is doing a great job …… now the abbot Xuecheng is a graduate student at the Chinese Buddhist Academy, just become the abbot when only 23 years old, some people Some people think he is too young, I said, what does it matter …… Xue Cheng presided over Guanghua Temple work, focusing on the Taoist practice”.

In 1993, Zhao Puchu, then president of the Chinese Communist Buddhist Association, promoted and reappointed Shi Xuecheng as deputy secretary general of the Chinese Communist Buddhist Association.

At the age of 49, Shi Xuecheng was “elected” president of the Chinese Communist Buddhist Association and became the highest ranking monk in the “Chinese Communist State”.

Why did Shi Xuecheng become a “sex demon”?

First, the upper beam is not correct, the lower beam is crooked.

The year that Shi Xue Cheng became the abbot of Guanghua Temple, Jiang Zemin stepped on the blood of the June 4 students and ascended to the highest position of power in the Chinese Communist Party. The rise of Shi Xuecheng coincided with the period when Jiang Zemin was in power and was the “emperor”.

As the top leader of the CCP at that time, Jiang Zemin took the lead in lust and debauchery, and the senior officials promoted by Jiang Zemin, such as Zhou Yongkang, former member of the Standing Committee of the CCP Political Bureau and Secretary of the Central Committee of Political and Legal Affairs, Xu Caihou and Guo Boxiong, former members of the CCP Political Bureau and Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, and Bo Xilai, former member of the CCP Political Bureau and Secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Committee, were all lustful and promiscuous, leading to the wind of lust and debauchery, like wildfire. The wind of lust and debauchery, like wildfire, spread from the highest level to the lowest level. As late as 2021, Zhang Gaoli, a 75-year-old former member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Political Bureau and Vice Premier of the State Council, who was promoted by Jiang Zemin, was reported to have sexually assaulted Peng Shuai, a tennis player 40 years younger than him.

The trend of lust and debauchery has also spread to the religious community. Although Shi Xue Cheng is a Buddhist, he has his heart set on the “red earth” and has been exposed to the power and sex deals of senior CCP officials, so he has been shaken and has gone with the flow.

Second, Shi Xuecheng is an “official” trained by the Chinese Communist Party.

Shi Xue Cheng first attended the preparatory class of Fujian Buddhist College, then went to Beijing to study at China Buddhist College, and later, he studied for his master’s degree at China Buddhist College. Whether Fujian Buddhist College or China Buddhist College, both surnamed “Party”, its first criterion for training “talent” is to listen to the Party.

Shi Xue Cheng later became a member, standing committee member, and president of the Buddhist Association of the Chinese Communist Party, a member and standing committee member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and deputy director of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference on Nationalities and Religions.

Therefore, Shi Xuecheng was actually a party official. The party officials are mostly lustful people. The fact that Shi Xuecheng is close to the ink makes him black, so that he is burning with desire and lust.

Third, the poison of atheism, materialism.

Since ancient times, where the orthodox religion, all believe in God, are abstaining from sex.

In Buddhism, there are five precepts, one of which is “abstain from lust and evil”. The Buddhist scriptures say that those who break the precept of lust will commit a great sin and “fall into the three evil paths, also known as severing the head”.

Buddhists who believe in God believe that God sees every thought, word and deed clearly. Anyone who thinks and acts in a lascivious manner may fall into the eighteenth circle of hell once the evil is done.

The CCP preaches atheism, so that people do not believe in the existence of God, in past lives, in karma, in heaven and hell, and that they are not afraid of heaven and earth, and they dare to do anything that is unjustifiable. The CCP also preaches materialism, that only visible and tangible real benefits are tangible. Materialism in today’s China is prominent: materialistic desire, human desire; anyway, there is no past life, this life to enjoy, is enough.

As a Chinese Communist Party official, Shi Xue Cheng is actually a non-believer in God and a materialist, and he has beautiful female disciples under him, so how can he let them go?

Fourth, the CCP uses religion as a ruling tool.

“The Chinese Communist Party, which “does not believe in God,” cannot allow the Chinese people to practice a “religion that believes in God.

The CCP’s approach to religion is to make religion Chinese, that is, to take away the most essential connotation of religion and turn it into a group that “believes in the CCP”. As the president of the Chinese Communist Party’s Buddhist Association, Shi Xue Cheng is extremely “enlightened” and naturally understands this.

After the 19th Communist Party Congress in October 2017, Shi Xue Cheng became the main advocate for the CPC Buddhist Association to study the spirit of the 19th Congress report. His deputy, Yin Shun, vice president of the Buddhist Association of the Communist Party of China, openly said at a training session, “The Communist Party of China is the Buddha and Bodhisattva of the present age, and the 19th Congress Report is the scriptures of the present age. Buddhists should “know the Party, love the Party, be of one mind with the Party, listen to the Party and follow the Party”. The “Buddha and Bodhisattva” that Shi Xue Cheng believes in is actually the Chinese Communist Party.

The Chinese Communist Party has turned religion into a tool to play with. If you don’t listen to the Chinese Communist Party, which “believes in atheism,” you won’t have a job. Not to mention being the top leader of the Buddhist community, you may not even be the abbot of Guanghua Temple.

How can Shi Xue Cheng believe in God when he has been in the official circles of the CCP for so many years? How could he possibly adhere to the precepts of Buddhism?
