Joe Biden’s $1.8 trillion proposal to expand social welfare is called a “boring dream of socialism.”

The Breitbart News reported on April 28 that Joe Biden walked into a chamber of only 200 lawmakers that day and stood before two women, Harris and Speaker Pelosi, to deliver his first address to Congress since taking office. “human infrastructure, and talked about how he would work to address the border, China, gun and police reform issues.

In his one-hour, six-minute speech, Biden set out to redefine the role of government in the daily lives of Americans, touting his vast socialist vision of “human infrastructure,” including free college tuition for those naturalized through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals pathway; free two-year community college for all; free universal preschool; free assistance for minority-serving institutions; free family leave program; and an expanded child tax credit.

Readers of Breitbart News say that “human infrastructure” means making more people dependent on government. The more people rely on government, the more likely they are to vote for the Communist Party (formally known as the Democratic Party).

To pay for these social benefits, Biden intends to tax the wealthy to the tune of $700 billion over a decade through stricter IRS enforcement; introducing new disclosure requirements focused on companies and high-value individuals who may be hiding income.

Biden would also reverse the 2017 tax cuts for wealthy individuals earning more than $400,000 a year, who make up 0.3 percent of the total U.S. population, by raising their top income tax from 37 percent to 39.6 percent, the level it was in 2007 under Bush Jr.

Biden also wants to raise the capital gains tax rate for families earning more than $1 million a year. The “step-up basis” loophole in inheritance would also be closed to the wealthy, and the estate exemption for family businesses and farms would also be in consideration for elimination.

Republicans have widely attacked Biden’s speech as ‘boring’ and a list of ‘socialist dreams’.

Many of the power brokers seated below will decide the fate of Biden’s multi-trillion dollar agenda, including, Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV); Biden’s longtime friend Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY); and liberal bigwigs Bernie Sanders (D-VA) and Elizabeth Warren . There were also pro-Trump senators, including Texas Senator Ted Cruz, a strong critic of Biden who said before his speech that Biden’s speech would be ‘radical’ and ‘boring.

Among the members of Biden’s official escort committee were House Minority Leader McCarthy, and and Liz Cheney, who supported Trump’s impeachment.

Biden is also implicitly courting blue-collar Americans who voted for Trump, saying his American Jobs Initiative will add millions of infrastructure jobs over the next few years, with nearly 90 percent not requiring a college degree and 75 percent not requiring an associate’s degree.

According to Biden’s speech, the American Jobs Initiative will replace 100 percent of the nation’s lead water pipes and provide high-speed Internet across the country, including in rural areas.
