Election Update 11.25: U.S. Congressman: Pennsylvania certification is reckless

The legal battle over the U.S. election continues to gain momentum, with more than a dozen election lawsuits filed on the Republican side in four states – Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Nevada – some of which have already been appealed. The “epic” lawsuits, which Powell’s lawyers previewed on Wednesday, are also expected to begin.

The Trump administration has already begun the “transition” with Biden, but President Trump has said he will not lose. In addition, on Tuesday, the Dow broke the 30,000-point barrier for the first time earlier in the day, and Trump held a brief press conference to congratulate the nation on the surge in the stock market and the news of the vaccine results.

The current state of play in the six swing states is as follows.

Pennsylvania certified Biden winner Tuesday. The Trump team’s lawsuit in Pennsylvania is in the appeals stage, with 9 cases pending.

A second recount was held in Georgia, where President Trump accused them of still not verifying signatures, and Powell’s lawyers will file a lawsuit in Georgia on Wednesday (25).

One of the main points of contention in Arizona is its most populous county, Maricopa County, where Arizona Governor Doug Ducey, a Republican, has said that he will not recognize Democratic candidate Biden as the winner until all court cases are resolved.

Recounts in Milwaukee and Dane counties in Wisconsin have now begun on November 20. The state’s deadline for certifying election results is Dec. 1. And The Thomas More Society filed an emergency petition with the Wisconsin Supreme Court on Tuesday, arguing that there are 150,000 questionable ballots in the state.

On Nov. 23, Michigan certified Biden as the winner. The state legislature agreed to hold hearings this week on reports of election irregularities and alleged fraud. The Michigan Supreme Court on Monday (Nov. 23) ordered a lower court to act quickly to evaluate allegations of fraud in the U.S. election.

The Nevada Republican announced Nov. 17 the filing of a new lawsuit alleging that 15,000 people who have moved out of Nevada have voted repeatedly in Nevada and in their current homes. The Kawakami team previously said that more than 600,000 mail-in ballots did not have valid signature verification.

Here are live updates on the status of the U.S. election.

E-Commerce Giant Founder: Chinese Communist Party Interfered in U.S. Election

Patrick Byrne, founder and former CEO of Overstock, an American e-commerce giant, said in a Nov. 24 interview that he had obtained evidence that the election was 100% rigged.

He said that the poll managers of this voting system (Dominion) are capable of all kinds of manipulation and control, and what’s worse is that foreign powers, including the Chinese Communist Party, have interfered in the U.S. election.

The servers of 75,000 Dominion voting systems in the United States were infected with a widespread virus called “QSnatch”. The administrator or staff of the polling place logged on to the machine, the virus software will immediately steal the person’s credentials, get the credentials can be remotely manipulated voting system, move the ballot.

“…… The person in China was able to move the ballot. This is terrible. The Chinese Communist Party is absolutely involved in what’s happening here.” He said.

U.S. media: election theft, scandal of the century

The Central City News, a Louisiana-based media outlet, recently published an article revealing how the Dominion voting system and Smartmatic voting software added votes for Biden in Georgia by a multiple of 4,800 votes, and in Pennsylvania by a multiple of 6,000 or 12,000 votes.

This article, entitled “Scandal of the Century: How U.S. Elections Are Being Stolen,” provides detailed data and analysis of the election fraud allegations against the Dominion voting system and Smartmatic voting software.

Expert: Google Minimally Directed 6 Million Votes to Democrats

In an interview with Fox News, Dr. Robert Epstein, a senior researcher at the American Institute of Behavioral Science and Technology in California, said that by manipulating search results, Google was able to get millions of Americans to vote for Democrats.

His research proves that Google’s search results are strongly skewed toward liberals and Democrats. This bias does not exist on Bing or Yahoo.

“We also found hard evidence,” says Epstein, “that there was a time when the voting reminders on the Google homepage were sent only to liberals, and none of our conservative users received voting reminders on those days.” He said Google only stopped when he made his research public on Oct. 29.

Oscar Winner: U.S. in serious jeopardy if Biden is elected

Hollywood star and Academy Award winner Jon Voight says that America will be put in great danger if Joe Biden is elected. He called on Americans to stand up against evil and drive out the left.

On Wednesday (Nov. 24), Voight posted a video on Twitter saying, “We must not let our country fall apart, this is what they want – to destroy America. I want to warn everyone that if we fall under the Biden administration, we will be in great danger.”

Voight also said that the truth will be shown at the Supreme Court, where the corruption and election fraud of the left will also be exposed. He said, “Let it be proven that President Trump is the only one who can save this country; let us fight this evil now and know that God’s truth will expose them all.”

Team Trump: three swing states to hold public hearings on general elections

President Donald Trump’s legal team announced Tuesday (Nov. 24) that the state legislatures of Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan will hold public hearings on the 2020 election to restore confidence in the integrity of elections.

In a statement, Rudy Giuliani said, “It is in everyone’s interest to have a comprehensive review of election irregularities and fraud.” “The only way to do that is to hold public hearings, including witnesses, videos, photos and other evidence that the November 3 election was illegitimate.”

The Pennsylvania Senate will hold its first hearing Wednesday (Nov. 25) in Gettysburg, Pa. The Arizona and Michigan legislatures will also hold hearings on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, respectively.

Powell: Voting Machine Bosses Hiding Behind Empty Shells and Private Equity Firms

Sidney Powell, a Texas attorney and ally of President Donald Trump, said in an interview Tuesday on Fox Business’ Lou Dobbs show that the real owners of the voting machine companies are hiding behind multiple shell companies and private equity firms.

Powell has been tracking the issue of election voting machine Dominion cheating as a global criminal conspiracy.

“They are using multiple shell companies and now apparently private equity groups to hide the actual ownership of their (voting machine companies) and there is no question that the software was created and used in Venezuela to control elections and ensure that dictators are always re-elected,” She said.

Republicans in California to Flip 4 House Seats, Most in America

Prior to the election many Democrats were predicting big wins in Congress, however it turns out that in California, traditionally considered a Democratic stronghold, the Republicans were poised to flip more House seats than in any other state.

According to Fox News, the results of this election are a major reversal from the 2018 midterm elections, in which Democrats flipped seven House seats in California. Now, Republicans will reclaim four of those seats.

Jessica Millan Patterson, chair of the California Republican Party, said the Republican gains in California were due to a long period of failed Democratic policies that left Californians frustrated.

Michigan Republicans refuse to acknowledge election results, under serious threat

At the November 23rd meeting of the Michigan Board of Canvassers to certify the election results, Republican Norm Shinkle abstained from voting and refused to certify Biden as the winner.

Before voting on the afternoon of the 23rd, he read a statement strongly condemning Democrat and Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and calling for an investigation into violations in Michigan’s 2020 general election and into a scheme to cheat the (voting) system.

As the only member of the Michigan Board of Canvassers who refused to certify Biden’s victory, Hickel revealed that he had received serious threats. By the time he attended the meeting, he had received a total of forty phone calls and seven thousand emails, most of them asking him to vote to certify Biden’s victory, many of them threats. On Saturday night, twenty to thirty people stood on his front lawn in a demonstration.

New Evidence of Biden Family Money Dealings with Chinese Communist Party

On Thursday, November 19, the Senate released its latest supplement to the Hunter Biden Overseas Transactions Supplement, following the September 23 release of the 87-page report by two Senate committees, “Hunter Biden, Breslma, and Corruption: Implications for U.S. Government Policy and Related Concerns.

The first part of the supplement is a 5-page executive summary of the Senate’s response to the new material, and the second part is new evidence provided by whistleblower Tony Bobulinski.

The highlights of the 5-page summary are as follows: 1. the discovery of Walker, the Biden family’s white glove, who received millions of dollars on behalf of Hunter Biden from Watson, who had close ties to the Chinese Communist Party. 2.

(2) Hunter Biden was very close to Watson boss James Yeh, not only as Yeh’s lawyer in the United States, but also in discussions with Yeh about buying Rosneft stock.

  1. two investment proposals showed that Hunter Biden, using his father’s prestige, was a key player in establishing overseas relationships for Watson.

Survey: Millions of Voters Missing from Pennsylvania Database

In Pennsylvania, where election fraud is suspected, voter data is updated weekly and can be downloaded for $20 per download. Researchers have found that, as of November 20, the number of voters in the Pennsylvania database who participated in this election was more than a million short of the total number of votes published in the media.

What does it mean when the total number of votes cast in the database is consistently and significantly lower than the actual number of votes cast? This means that either the database’s ability to update voting dates and reject duplicate votes is selectively disabled, or the news reports of voted ballots are fictitious, with millions of fictitious ballots cast.

After the Epoch Times article “Pennsylvania Ballot Data Doubtful, 220-Year-Old Voted by Mail” was published, the state of Pennsylvania altered the “mail ballot data set” that was made public in the article.

Newt Gingrich: Uncovering the Election Thieves

Former U.S. Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich wrote an article in the Epoch Times analyzing the election fraud.

He says, “The theft of the 2020 election was a daunting task, involving a wide range of illegal actions and illegal cooperation between individual actors and government officials. They have been trying to cover their tracks since Election Day, but they are not moving fast enough.”

He cited a variety of fraudulent practices in Pennsylvania, including “canvassing,” mail-in ballots with extremely low rejection rates, and officials overstepping their authority by offering “preferences” to Democratic voters, among other illegal activities.

Finally, he said, “They are attempting to clean up the obvious evidence of criminal behavior before it is fully exposed to the American public. We cannot allow this to happen, or we may never again be able to trust the integrity of our elections.

Thousands of voters in multiple states register with post office or business address

The Trump campaign team analyzed voter data in Georgia. According to a former member of the team, they found that thousands of people who voted in Georgia registered as their home address using a postal facility or business address.

Matt Braynard, former director of data and strategy for President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign, released information showing that some of the addresses on voter rolls look like residential addresses on the surface, but are not. Almost all of those who “disguised a postal facility as a residential address” used absentee ballots to vote, he said.

Brainerd’s team also found similar cases of fraud in Pennsylvania and Arizona.

U.S. Congressman: Dominion and other voting systems must be investigated

Arizona Congresswoman Debbie Lesko told Newsmax TV on Tuesday (Nov. 24) that Dominion’s voting system and other counting companies must be investigated if the American public is to trust election results.

Lesko said a rigorous review will be key because of allegations of fraud and other illegalities in the election; 79 percent of Republicans reportedly believe the election was “stolen through illegal voting and fraud.

“I think there needs to be a full investigation of the voting software (system), whether it’s Dominion or other voting machines, so that the public can have complete confidence in it (the election).” Lesko said the investigation will only happen if Republicans maintain control of the Senate.

news: trump ready to pardon Flynn, others

President Donald Trump has said privately that he plans to pardon former national security adviser Michael Flynn, the U.S. political website Axios said Tuesday (Nov. 24), citing two sources who were directly involved in the discussions.

The sources said that Flynn is just one of a list of people Trump is considering pardoning. If Trump pardons Flynn, Flynn could be completely removed from the courts and the Justice Department.

Flynn was Trump’s first national security adviser, and the Flynn case has taken a number of twists and turns as the Democrats have launched the Russiagate investigation, which has lasted more than three years since Trump took office. Many Trump supporters see Flynn’s retirement as a victim of political retaliation by the Obama administration.

If Trump pardons Flynn, it would be a landmark move in Trump’s four-year term; as the Flynn case began at the beginning of Trump’s first term and ended at the end of his first term. This investigation, which began with the FBI’s investigation into collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government during the 2016 election, has been proven to be false and untrue.

U.S. Senator: certifying Pennsylvania election results is reckless

On Tuesday (November 24), Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced that Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar had certified the results of the presidential election. Representative Guy Reschenthaler of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania denounced Pennsylvania’s certification as “Tainted” and now deems the election results “Reckless.

Reschenthaler said, “I’m not surprised that the Secretary of State of Percival said even before the voting started that Joe Biden would win in Pennsylvania. I don’t think anyone would be surprised that she went ahead and certified the election results.”

Resentale went on to say that it was reckless, however, because of the ongoing lawsuit by the Trump campaign.

Voters in key states would change their minds if they knew about the Hunt scandal 10%.

Supporters of former Vice President Biden in seven key swing states would be reluctant to vote for him if they learned of a major scandal that has been ignored by the mainstream media, according to a poll released Tuesday (Nov. 24).

The survey interviewed 1,750 Biden supporters in Nevada, Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Arizona, and Michigan. It was found that knowledge of the scandal involving Biden’s son Hunter’s illicit dealings with officials and businesses in the Chinese Communist Party, Ukraine, and Russia would have prompted 9.4% of respondents to change their voting decision.

In addition, knowledge of the sexual assault allegations against Joe Biden by a former Senate aide would have caused 8.9 percent of respondents to change their vote. The survey was conducted by The Polling Company inc. and has a margin of error of 2.6%.
