Fallacies Hide Election Fraud Who Has Shamed America?

Since November 4, Joe Biden, the leftist media, and some Democrats and Republicans have continued to attack President Trump, falsely accusing his team’s legal challenge of being “unsubstantiated,” “an embarrassment to the country,” and “undermining our understanding of Trust in the system of government, trust in democracy”.

These fallacies contradict the facts and the law, and expose the panic and hypocrisy of the anti-Trump forces. In fact, it is the group that perpetrated the election fraud that is the criminal undermining democracy and bringing shame to America.

I. Is the election over?

On November 23, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) sent a letter informing Biden that it would provide resources for his transition team. In the letter, Administrator Murphy emphasized that the decision to provide transition resources should not be construed as a determination that a candidate has won the election, and that the true winner will be determined by the process set forth in the Constitution.

In response, President Trump stated that the General Services Administration cannot determine who will be the next President of the United States.

On the same day, Rudy Giuliani, the chief lawyer for the Trump campaign, said in an interview with Fox Business Channel that they would eventually file a full appeal (of the election fraud case) in the Supreme Court.

On November 24, attorney Lin Wood tweeted that attorney Sidney Powell would file a lawsuit in Georgia on November 25 that would reveal the truth.

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, a Republican, said on Nov. 18 that the state’s election was not over until all court cases were resolved, so he did not recognize Democratic candidate Biden’s victory.

On November 22, Russian President Vladimir Putin said of the U.S. election, “We will work with anyone in whom the American people have confidence, but this confidence can only be given to a candidate whose victory has been recognized by the opposition or after the (election) results have been confirmed in a reasonable and legal way.”

The facts show that the election is not over. Those who are rushing to call a halt and force Trump to concede defeat are simply worried that more evidence of election fraud will be exposed and legal action will restore the truth, defeating the attempt to steal the election.

Second, is election fraud an unfounded accusation?

Is there fraud in this election? From all three perspectives – common sense, ballot data analysis, and witness allegations – the answer is yes. Not only did fraud occur, but it was widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread, widespread.

In the last three weeks, hundreds of thousands of people in several states have protested against election fraud based on facts and outrage. Many of them have witnessed irregularities and chaos at polling centers, many others have had their legitimate ballots invalidated, and some have arrived at polling centers to find that they had been impersonated. The protesters’ testimonies and appeals were widely circulated in the social media, and were reported in detail in a few conservative media outlets.

William Hartmann, a Republican on the Wayne County, Michigan, Board of Canvassers, said in a sworn statement that Wayne County certified the results of the election knowing that there was a huge discrepancy between the number of approved voters in Detroit and the number of votes cast.

Jessy Jacob, a Detroit civil servant, said in her affidavit that she witnessed election employees backdating thousands of absentee ballots the day after the election to make them appear legitimate. She said under oath, “I estimate that this type of thing was done to thousands of ballots.” Jacob also mentioned that 70 to 80 election workers were instructed to falsify ballots in what may have been a massive fraud.

In Georgia, at least nine ballot observers who participated in last week’s audit of the state’s elections signed affidavits stating that they had observed suspicious problems with mail-in ballots. The ballots were almost uniformly cast for Biden and were in new, pristine condition, i.e., without creases, indicating that the ballots were not placed in the envelopes and mailed as required.

Looking at Pennsylvania, after midnight on November 3, President Trump led by nearly 700,000 votes in Pennsylvania. At this point, several Democratic-controlled states, including Pennsylvania, uniformly stopped counting ballots. A few hours later, a large number of votes for Biden came out of nowhere, and Biden was able to “catch up,” flipping the ballot in an unnatural way.

Professor Steven Miller, a mathematician at Williams College, said in a November 17 sworn statement that his analysis of data from Pennsylvania’s election, combined with telephone interviews with voters in the state, showed that up to 100,000 absentee ballots were cast in the state in question.

However, governors, secretaries of state, and other officials in more than one of these states have ignored the public evidence and asserted that there was no election fraud. Even before the election, individual Pennsylvania officials claimed that Trump would not win.

President Trump’s legal team is now in possession of a wealth of evidence, some of which has been published online.

At a press conference on November 19, attorney Giuliani stated that they had obtained 220 sworn affidavits in Pennsylvania alone. He said in a November 23 interview, “The media falsely claimed we had no evidence, they just didn’t bother to read our hundreds of depositions. These testimonies came from the public, from the Americans whose votes were stolen.”

Attorney Powell, who is focused on fraudulent voting machine systems, said, “The evidence I’m gathering is countless. The software tool was used to transfer millions of votes for President Trump and other Republican candidates to Biden and other Democratic candidates.”

Referring to the impending lawsuit filed by Powell’s lawyers, attorney Linwood said, “America’s enemies will deny these allegations. Don’t believe them. Believe Sidney and me. We love America and freedom. And our enemies do not.”

Massive fraud undermines the fairness and transparency of the election and violates the fundamental rights of millions of voters. Yet the anti-Trump forces not only turned a blind eye to this, but also backtracked and blamed the party that went after the fraud. This act of inverting black and white and confusing the public is more despicable than fraud.

Third, pursuing fraud is a patriotic move to uphold the Constitution.

The core of the election dispute is not about who wins or loses, but about upholding the law and morality, the bottom line that should be the foundation of the United States and all nations.

However, Biden’s self-proclaimed victors, including the left-media propaganda machine, are politicians who cry “democracy” while ignoring the appeals of hundreds of thousands of angry people; they call the election “fair” while ignoring the thousands of affidavits and millions of dollars in political campaign literature. The horror of the fact that votes were tampered with. Worse, they incited and sat by and watched as whistleblowers and justice lawyers were harassed and threatened, even mulling a purge of all Trump supporters and all Republicans.

President Trump tweeted on the evening of November 23 that the election was the most corrupt election in U.S. history. He said, “We are moving full speed ahead and will never back down from fraudulent ballots and Dominion.”

Nor should it be forgotten that Powell’s attorney said in a press conference that election fraud is “shocking, heartbreaking, and outrageous. These acts are the most unpatriotic acts I can imagine.”

Therefore, it is truly patriotic to defend the integrity of the election and not to compromise with criminals. All the voters who have come forward to testify against fraud despite intimidation, all the lawyers who have challenged electoral injustice, and all the individuals and organizations who have had the courage to say “no” to fraudulent ballots and fraudulent victories are to be admired.

The politicians who shake hands with the criminals who sabotaged the election, the mouthpieces who cleared their names of fraud and attacked goodness, and who allowed America to sink into the abyss of lies, corruption, fraud, and hatred, are to be admired. They are all accomplices in the crime of the century.

An election that drew the line between good and evil.
