To give concessions do not recognize the account fast food clerk climbed out of the window to beat customers

The Daily Post USA reports that a local customer, Leskel Nichols, was attacked by a clerk while ordering from the drive-thru at Chicken Express, a fast food chain in Dallas, Texas, on March 6, leaving Nichols with bodily injuries and damage to his car.

According to the report, Nichols received the wrong meal when he ordered at Chicken Express on March 10, when the clerk Harris (Chester Harris) promised him a 50 percent discount on his next purchase.

When Nichols visited Chicken Express on March 6 to receive the 50 percent discount, another employee, Christina Johnson, refused to honor the discount. After Harris, the employee who had promised the discount, showed up, Nichols asked Harris to provide the phone number of Chicken Express.

Finally, a third employee, Terry Hall, climbed out of the Chicken Express window, grabbed Nichols by his shirt and began to attack him physically. And because Hall initially held onto Nichols, Nichols was unable to escape the scene and had to drive away when Hall let go a little.

Chicken Express has not yet issued a statement. Nichols has been assigned to a law firm to handle the case.

Josette Robinson Scott criticized Hall for his stupidity: “No matter what the cause, he only put himself and the other employees in danger by doing it. If the other party had a gun, they might have been shot and killed, and all because he lost his mind.”
