A 13-year-old girl from Rizhao, Shandong Province, was tricked by her classmates into drinking at a restaurant, and was raped afterwards, and reported to the police, but no one cared, so she sent a video out to help. The local police acknowledged that someone had called the police, claiming that it was still under investigation.
On April 7, a video of an underage girl seeking help was posted online on the mainland. The girl claimed to be from Rizhao, Shandong Province, 13 years old, was raped and threatened by her family for a private settlement.
The girl’s online video was not obscured and showed her holding a piece of paper with her real name, ID number, home address and phone number written in bold letters.
The girl’s client told the Epoch Times that she “went to the police to report the incident , but she was hurt twice, the police were rude and did not file a case, and no one has been in charge so far.”
The Epoch Times interviewed the girl herself, Wang Fang (a pseudonym), and her client, Wang Lu (a pseudonym and the girl’s sister). Because the girl is underage, the reporter withheld her real name and personal information.
Both Wang Lu and Wang Fang told the Epoch Times about what happened.
On March 25, 2021, the victim’s classmate pushed Wang Fang’s WeChat to a friend, Cao Xinyu, who invited her out to dinner and said, “There is a big brother treating me,” and Wang Fang disagreed and went to dinner by herself.
At 11 pm that night, Cao Xinyu found one of Wang Fang’s classmates and called Wang Fang to trick her downstairs. Wang Fang thought he was going downstairs to see his classmates, but it turned out to be Cao Xinyu, who used a Volkswagen car to take Wang Fang to a private room in a restaurant on Fuhai Road, a food street, forcibly.
During the period Wang Fang’s cell phone was snatched, the private room there are three friends Wang Fang knows, Pan Chao, unknown triad “big brother”, Cao Xinyu and later raped Wang Fang’s man, during Wang Fang was forced to drink. Until 12:00 a.m. on March 26, a drunken Wang Fang was forced to have sex with a man in his forties at Rongan Holiday Apartments.
Wang Fang said, “At that time, she was only a little conscious and remembered that she was forced to have sex with a man in his forties, and was able to remember a general idea of what happened.”
After that, Wang Fang and her family were threatened by Pan Chao and triad “big brother” door to door, “to put this thing rotten in the stomach, the police is useless, the police station we also have people, if the police let you can not live.”
Wang Fang revealed in the video that she was beaten by her parents because she did not agree to a private settlement. Wang Lu said, “The other side gave her parents some money to settle privately.” But Wang Fang insisted on calling the police and did not agree to a private settlement.
On the evening of March 29, Wang Fang and Wang Lu reported to the police. Wang Lu said, “The attitude of the police is very bad, brutal attitude. The next day, when the police took my sister to the hospital to get evidence, a random doctor took a sample, and the report was not shown to us. In the evening (March 30), after the statement was taken at six o’clock, we were sent home to wait, and no one has given any news until now.”
“We asked when we could give a case, the police attitude is very bad, they very impatiently said to us, your case is too complicated, we have many cases to do.” She said.
The Epoch Times reporter called the Wanghai Road Police Station in Rizhao City’s Donggang District to inquire, and the police said, “This matter was reported to the police, and the public security department has been reported, reported upwards, and is still under investigation.”
The reporter raised the victim and his family revealed that “no one is in charge after reporting” the situation, the police said, “We are investigating this side, reported to the leadership, is investigating.” For which is a triad “big brother”, the other side said they do not understand the case, can not tell.
