Are you selfish? –Busan

In The Intimate Stranger, Betty points out that the purpose of setting boundaries is so that we can learn to take care of ourselves no matter what happens to us, where we go, or who we are with. Boundaries are rooted in what we know about ourselves, what we know we deserve and what we don’t. Boundaries are narrowly defined as selfishness, which is what I’ve read about.

In a narrow sense that is selfish, this is the most noble explanation I have seen for selfishness, I think what is selfish and what is selfless, no one can set a most accurate concept, people say that the more you grow up to see things more can not be generalized, there is no absolute. There is no absolute. No one is absolutely wrong or absolutely right about anything.

The image of the selfish ghost in the film is really gnawing, the ending of the novel is a sniper shot, pregnant women and children fell in a pile of zombies, the soldiers have a lesson, selfish ghost hiding in the car finally came out, he survived to the end. Such an ending was not approved in the end, and the ending was changed, but such an ending would really exist, wouldn’t it? If this is how it ends, do we all have to question our lives? ……

We are taught the spirit of Lei Feng from childhood, but can you say that it is wrong to protect yourself in the face of danger? Besides, he had an old mother at home who was rushing back to meet her family. However, he, as an uncle, is in the role of the ups and downs in society, there are elderly people, children, pregnant women and other disadvantaged groups, he traded the sacrifices of these disadvantaged groups for his own safety, to help his own people to cast to the zombies, backstabbing in exchange for his own well-being, if he had not incited the masses, for his own selfish interests, sacrificed more people. This is beyond the limits of selfishness, it is immoral and even illegal.

If he is the quintessential negative character in the film, then the pregnant woman’s husband is the quintessential positive character, protecting his wife throughout the escape, protecting little Sooan, and finally sacrificing himself to protect us all. When he went through the carriages of the zombies to protect his wife, and when he talked about choosing a name for his child before he died, tears welled up in his eyes, he still had his wife and his unborn child. People always say that good people don’t live long, but why is it that good people always follow in their footsteps? You will never forget his final, resolute look in his eyes.

Soo-An’s father, a character who has “grown up” so to speak. A father who starts to give his daughter heavy gifts. She said to Soo-An when she was on the run, “In times like these, you have to protect yourself first.” Soo-An said to him, “Grandma, she needs help, you’ve always been so selfish, thinking only of yourself, that’s why mom left you. He was speechless. A pair of clear eyes saw themselves so clearly. Infected by the pregnant woman’s husband on the way, he gave up on others, but was never given up on by them. After being bitten, he used his “selflessness” to protect his daughter and the pregnant woman, thinking of her newborn appearance, with a smile on his face, and walked away from …….

There is another character in this film, the “cumbersome” homeless man, who is always cowering, feeling like he always needs protection, but in the end he sacrifices himself to protect the pregnant woman and the child. If it weren’t for the pregnant woman’s husband and Sooan’s father, maybe he would have been one of the zombies long ago, and maybe it was time for him to give it all he had. If you pull me, I’ll push you out too~!

Will you give up on me? Even the most critical juncture.

Most people, can make it to the end of the Red House.

A few, will get stuck in the anchovies and thorns.

Individuals, however, have no fragrance from the sea.
