Following a 6.1 magnitude earthquake on the 19th of this month, another 5.8 magnitude earthquake struck in the early hours of today (30th) in Shuanghu County, Nagqu City, Tibet. According to the statistics of the Epoch Times, this month, since March 17, nearly half a month, there are earthquakes every day in mainland China, involving seven provinces and cities.
According to the official microblog of China Earthquake Network, a 5.8 magnitude earthquake occurred in Shuanghu County, Nagqu City, Tibet (34.38 degrees north latitude, 87.68 degrees east longitude) at 1:27 p.m. on March 30, with a depth of about 10 kilometers. No casualties have been reported yet.
The population of Shuanghu County is more than 14,000 people, and the epicenter was in the northern region of the county, which is mostly uninhabited.
This is another earthquake in Nagqu, Tibet, following the 6.1 magnitude earthquake that hit the city on the 19th of this month.
The Epoch Times reporter checked the official notification news of the China Earthquake Network, showing that from March 17, after the 4.2 magnitude earthquake in Huocheng County, Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang (44.46 degrees north latitude, 80.85 degrees east longitude), until March 30, which is nearly half a month, there are earthquakes every day in mainland China.
At 10:52 a.m. on March 29, a 3.1 magnitude earthquake occurred in Yecheng County, Kashgar region, Xinjiang (36.53 degrees north latitude, 76.91 degrees east longitude); at 8:11 a.m. on the same day, a 3.3 magnitude earthquake occurred in Yecheng County, Kashgar region, Xinjiang (36.35 degrees north latitude, 77.62 degrees east longitude).
At 13:07 on March 28, a 3.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in Naqu County, Tibet (31.93 degrees north latitude, 92.86 degrees east longitude); at 12:32 on the same day, a 3.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in Kuche City, Aksu District, Xinjiang (41.16 degrees north latitude, 83.30 degrees east longitude); at 1:24 on the same day, a 4.1 magnitude earthquake occurred in Zhiduo County, Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai (35.47 degrees north latitude, 89.75 degrees east longitude) A 4.1 magnitude earthquake occurred.
At 14:32 on March 27, a 3.2 magnitude earthquake occurred in Zhiduo County, Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai (34.82 degrees north latitude, 91.08 degrees east longitude).
At 09:28 on March 26, a 3.1 magnitude earthquake occurred in Wusu City, Tacheng District, Xinjiang (43.97 degrees north latitude, 84.63 degrees east longitude); at 08:18 on the same day, a 4.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in Zhiduo County, Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai (35.26 degrees north latitude, 91.23 degrees east longitude).
At 00:57 on March 25, a 2.3 magnitude earthquake occurred in Shunyi District, Beijing (40.16 degrees north latitude, 116.63 degrees east longitude).
On March 24, several earthquakes with a maximum magnitude of 5.4 were reported in Baicheng County, Aksu District, Xinjiang (5:14 a.m. on March 24). As of 13:30 a.m. on the same day, the earthquake had killed 3 people and damaged 65 houses.
March 23 from 1:23 a.m., after the 4.2 magnitude earthquake in Naqu City, Tibet, such as the county; 3:21 a.m., a 3.0 magnitude earthquake in Changning County, Yibin City, Sichuan; late at 23:31 a.m., a 3.3 magnitude earthquake in GuiDe County, Hainan Prefecture, Qinghai.
At 2251 hours on the night of March 22, a 3.4 magnitude earthquake occurred in Changzhe County, Ali District, Tibet (31.64 degrees north latitude, 84.93 degrees east longitude).
At 1:20 a.m. on March 21, a 3.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in Ruoqiang County, Bayin Goleng Prefecture, Xinjiang (37.60 degrees north latitude, 90.16 degrees east longitude), also at a depth of only 8 km.
At 3:25 p.m. on March 20, a 3.3 magnitude earthquake occurred in Weixin County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province (28.06 degrees north latitude, 105.00 degrees east longitude); and a 4.7 magnitude earthquake occurred at 23:30 p.m. in Changzhe County, Ali District, Tibet (34.70 degrees north latitude, 83.49 degrees east longitude).
At 14:11 on March 19, a 6.1 magnitude earthquake occurred in Xiaqu Town, for example, in Nagqu City, Tibet (31.94 degrees north latitude, 92.74 degrees east longitude).
At 13:40 on March 18, a 3.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in Anlong County, Qianyinan Prefecture, Guizhou (25.12 degrees north latitude, 105.21 degrees east longitude).
