General Election Update 11.18: Senate to Change Section 230

As the 2020 U.S. election fraud story unfolds, and the public continues to expose the chaos, and as Trump’s legal team launches investigations and lawsuits, the trajectory behind the chaos becomes clearer.

Election fraud on such a large scale involves deep-seated corruption of the government system, a large number of government officials, and a group of foreign dictatorships. President Trump fired Chris Krebs, director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), on Tuesday (Nov. 17) because his “statements about the security of the 2020 election were highly inaccurate.

The “mainstream media” is still overwhelmingly downplaying “fraud,” but Biden seems to be in a difficult position, as his “cumulative vote count” is immediately over the 80 million mark (79.1 million as of the night of the 17th), which would be absurd if two candidates had voted for two candidates or more than the number of registered voters.

On Tuesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on alleged censorship of Twitter, Facebook, and other social media, with lawmakers from both parties mostly agreeing that Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act should be reformed or repealed altogether, as the media should not have so much censorship and control.

The following are live updates on the status of the U.S. elections.

Michigan Vote Outnumbers People, Trump Tweets Questions

President Trump sent out a series of tweets in the morning that addressed, in part, the fraud and scams in the Michigan election.

“In the great state of Michigan, the number of votes far exceeded the number of people who voted and could not certify the election results. The Democrats cheated big time and got caught red-handed. The Republicans won!”

“The number of votes cast in Detroit far exceeded the number of people who voted. There’s no way to fix a scam of this magnitude. I won Michigan!”

“The Wayne County, Michigan, inspector said, ‘The (ballot) count has not improved and is still 71 percent out of balance.’ ‘There were widespread irregularities in the counting of ballots.’ ‘More ballots than people’. Two harassed and patriotic tellers refused to sign the document!”

Pfizer Vaccine 95% Effective Pence: Trump’s Leadership Caused It

Pfizer announced on Wednesday that the vaccine is 95% effective, and Vice President Pence sent out a message saying it happened because of President Trump’s strong leadership.

“President Donald Trump promised to deliver a safe and effective vaccine to Americans by the end of 2020, and he ‘delivered’! As a result of his leadership and “swift action,” Pfizer completed vaccine trials with 95 percent effectiveness in patients, including the elderly.”

Trump: Georgia recount is a joke

Kawakami sent out several tweets early Wednesday morning blasting fraud and scams in the election.

“Georgia’s recount is a joke, even if thousands of fraudulent ballots are found, actual numbers that match signatures, and they are willing to do it because of (our) ‘protests.’ The governor must disclose the unconstitutional ‘consent decree’ and go to the legislature for help!”

“They didn’t even allow Republican observers to enter the building (where the votes were counted) to watch. A serious insult to our Constitution!”

“This was a rigged election. No Republican pollsters allowed it, the voting machines were full of ‘glitches’ (which means they were caught cheating!). After the election, voting, etc.!”

Michigan declines to certify election results

Kawakami tweeted Tuesday night praising Michigan’s refusal to certify election results.

“Wow! Michigan just refused to certify the election results! Having courage is a beautiful thing. Pride in America!”

Trump: I won the election. Fraud is rampant in the country!

Early Wednesday morning, President Trump retweeted a New York Times article that said Trump “even though he lost,” was embraced by more voters, “10.1 million more votes than in 2016, including those in predominantly Hispanic areas.”

In response, Trump tweeted, “I won the election and fraud is rampant across the country!”

Biden Calls for Immediate Congressional Action on $10,000 in Student Loan Forgiveness

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden called for “immediate” debt forgiveness of $10,000 for students at a news conference in Delaware on Monday.

He said students have to choose between paying rent or paying back loans and “should be forgiven immediately.

Previous Fox host Mark Levin tweeted that if Biden were to take office, he would immediately sell out U.S. interests, such as “joining the Paris Peace Accords; instituting a $15/hour minimum wage; imposing unionism nationwide on workers who don’t want to join; and eliminating student debt. ”

Uncounted ballots found in third county in Johns Hopkins County

A memory card containing uncounted ballots, mostly for Trump, was found in Walton County, Georgia. This is the third such discovery in the state of Georgia, following those in Fayette and Floyd counties.

At a press conference Monday night (the 16th), Gabriel Sterling, spokesman for the Jo County Secretary of State’s office and executive manager of the state’s voting system, said, “There may be a memory card with 224 votes cast at the polling place on Election Day. We’re still in the process of confirming whether that was a batch that was missed from the count, and I don’t know the final answer yet.”

The Walton Tribune reports that after those ballots were counted, Trump added 176 votes. The memory cards found in three counties now add more than 1,400 votes for Trump.

Senate Hears Again on Social Media Censorship, Will Reform Section 230

Senators questioned two CEOs of Twitter and Facebook during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday on content censorship on social media platforms. Republicans accused them of imposing content censorship on President Trump’s posts, as well as those of other conservatives.

Lawmakers from both parties mostly agree that Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act should be reformed, if not repealed altogether.

The New York Post’s coverage of the Biden family corruption scandal was suppressed by Twitter and Facebook, with Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham saying, “What I want to know is why do you have editorial control over the New York Post, when your Twitter feed and your Facebook feed are not newspapers?”

Publishers are liable for any content they publish under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, and online social media platforms are protected under Section 230. The provision states, “A provider or user of a computer network service is not considered a publisher or speaker of any information provided by its users.”

But critics say that the companies claiming to be online platforms have not only maintained a public forum, but have also adjusted their control over content, which effectively makes them publishers.

California Assemblyman: Trump will go down in history

Republican Congressman-elect Darrell Issa highly praised President Donald Trump on Saturday (Nov. 14), saying his influence on the Republican Party has gone down in the party’s history books, along with Abraham Lincoln and Ronald Reagan.

“All of these figures will be timeless – and people will still honor these historical figures in the future in a very special way.” “So I think when you choose Reagan’s party, plus it’s Lincoln’s party, and then you add Trump, you’re (part of) our party,” He said.

Dominion confirms donation to Clinton Foundation

Dominion Voting Systems, the company at the center of the election fraud, confirmed that it donated to the Clinton Foundation, run by Bill Clinton and Hillary, and did not dispute that a former staffer for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was hired as a lobbyist.

The company confirmed that it made a donation during the ClintonGlobal Initiative conference in 2014, but claimed it had “no corporate ownership relationship with the Pelosi family or any member of the Feinstein family, the Clinton Global Initiative, Smartmatic, Scytl, or any connection to Venezuela.

Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell pointed out late last week that Smartmatic and Dominion were used to help Biden and put him ahead of Trump in the polls.

Hoover Fellow: 2020 Election Upsets Traditional American Values

Professor Victor Davis Hanson, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution and a conservative scholar, says that in the 2020 U.S. election, pollsters, the Internet, and new election rules have subverted traditional American values.

Hanson argues that the notion that the Democratic Party is trying to trick Americans into voting the way the so-called elites want them to is subversive of traditional notions of what it means to be an American.

He also said that in the computer age, people have created a new, pseudoscientific “accuracy” and that “Silicon Valley is deciding which ads to put on social media. Facebook has half the world’s population of users, Twitter has a monopoly of about 90 percent of the market in certain short message social media areas, and Google controls about 90 percent of Google searches, so you can really distort reality.”

Chinese Americans: “Ghost Vote at Night” in Presidential Election

Jin Xihong, a Chinese woman who worked as a poll watcher during the Bush presidential campaign in 2000, said that the insecurity of the voting system was already known.

She said that President Trump had a big lead in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, but suddenly there were “ghost votes at night” that changed the results.

“I saw hundreds of thousands of votes suddenly go up after the polls were closed for counting, in various states, especially swing states, on November 3rd at 2 o’clock Eastern time when the polls closed. But these phantom votes, some states were more than 100,000 votes without a single vote for President Trump, and they were all added to Biden by leaps and bounds. And this additional votes were all added around 2 o’clock to 4 o’clock, which is the midnight phantom time.” She said.

Kim also said the U.S. is a country governed by the rule of law, and as such, it is up to the law to ensure that the presidential election is fair and impartial, not for the media to declare who has won.

Facebook Deletes ‘Stop Stealing Elections’ Group Zuckerberg’s Justification Is Controversial

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has sparked renewed controversy after he said during a Senate hearing on Tuesday that the removal of a group for Trump supporters discussing election fraud last week was intended to prevent “violence or civil unrest”.

Last Thursday, Facebook deleted the “Stop the Steal” group account. At the time, the group had amassed more than 350,000 members who discussed allegations of election fraud and planned demonstrations across the United States in support of Donald Trump.

Zuckerberg replied that stopping Trump supporters from organizing events that could lead to violence was one of Facebook’s priorities.

Judiciary Committee Chair Lindsey Graham said Facebook and Twitter are biased against conservatives and right-leaning people.

Cruz criticizes Twitter for censoring information that exposes election fraud.

U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas recently criticized Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey for censoring messages that expose election fraud under Section 230’s “protections.

Twitter often censors the tweets of President Trump and his fans, and Cruz criticized, “When you (Dorsey) do this, you’re acting as a publisher, and you’re getting special treatment from Section 230.”

“Section 230 is the second part of the Communications Decency Act of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, which was signed into law by then President Bill Clinton. Section 230 is controversial in that it states that “an Internet service provider shall not be liable for technical measures that restrict access to persons who upload content to the Internet.

Giuliani prepares to appeal Pennsylvania case to the Supreme Court.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday (Nov. 17) dismissed a vote-counting lawsuit by President Donald Trump’s campaign, which is preparing to appeal the case to the Supreme Court.

The Trump campaign’s filing in Pennsylvania on Nov. 4 asked for a court order to suspend the vote count until Republican supervisors are given sufficient oversight. But the high court ruled that the Pennsylvania legislature had not specified the distance at which the votes would be counted, and that it would not issue a ruling on the matter.

Rudolph Guiliani said the Pennsylvania lawsuit was expected to fail. He said the Trump team is ready to accept defeat in Pennsylvania and other states’ election cases, which will eventually be brought before the U.S. Supreme Court for a final decision.

Media Matters: Biden’s first step is to sell out if he takes office

Fox host Mark Levin tweeted a series of harsh criticisms of Democratic candidate Biden’s plan to immediately sell out America. He urged people to fight back and protect the U.S. Constitution.

Levin tweeted four major items, criticizing Biden for starting to make foreign promises of sellout policies and social welfare before he was even certain to be elected: “The dim-witted Biden says he intends to sell out America immediately by joining the Paris Peace Accords; implementing a $15 an hour minimum wage; imposing unionism nationwide on workers who don’t want to join; and eliminating student debt. ”

He said Biden is also prepared to “rejoin the Iran deal, pay millions of dollars to Palestinian terrorists, open the floodgates to illegal immigration, massively increase taxes, impose killer regulations, reintroduce critical racial theory training throughout the federal government, ignore BLM and Antifa violence, and force taxpayers to pay for abortions, but that’s just the beginning.
