China’s vaccines are being questioned, and the Chinese Communist Party is being criticized for bullying and baiting.

The Chinese Communist Party uses “visa facilitation” to lure people to China to get domestic vaccines. Pictured here is CoronaVac, a vaccine from Kosin.

The Communist Party of China (CPC) has come up with a new tactic to promote domestic vaccines – facilitating visa access to China.

The Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in Hong Kong recently issued a notice stating that starting from March 15, it will facilitate visa applicants who have received the Chinese virus vaccine produced in China and have proof of vaccination.

Specific qualifications for facilitating applications include, “Foreign nationals and their Family members who come to China to engage in activities to resume work and production in various fields may prepare documents and submit applications in accordance with the requirements prior to the CCP virus Epidemic, i.e., they do not need to provide the Invitation Letter (PU), Invitation Letter (TE) and Invitation Verification Form from provincial foreign affairs or commercial departments or central enterprises.”

Secondly, “Appropriately expand the scope of visa issuance for people coming to China for ‘urgent humanitarian needs’. The applicable population is foreign family members of Chinese citizens or permanent residents.”

In addition, “it also includes that holders of valid APEC business travel cards can apply for business visas with a valid APEC business travel card and an invitation letter issued by an inviting unit in mainland China.”

The notice also emphasizes that “the relevant facilitation is only applicable to visa applicants who have been vaccinated against the CCP virus produced in China and are in possession of documentary proof of vaccination.” Proof of a negative nucleic acid test and the Past 14 Days Travel Track and health Declaration Form are no longer required at the Time of application submission.

It is unclear whether the simplified procedure will apply to foreigners applying for visas outside of Hong Kong.

The news sparked a buzz on Twitter, with some tweeters saying, “This is fucking bundled sales…” and “Bandit logic, forced buying and selling.” “Naked vaccine kidnapping, same in other areas…”

“It seems the Foreign Ministry is well aware that Chinese vaccines are unpopular. How many pounds of Chinese visas does the Foreign Ministry not have in mind?” “First they release biological weapons, then they release anti-vaccines! Interesting.”

The Chinese Communist Party has been engaging in vaccine diplomacy to increase the influence of domestically produced vaccines in Asia and around the world. But the Chinese-made vaccine has been questioned by outsiders for its lack of clinical trial data and has not been approved by regulatory agencies in most Western countries.

Two more people have died after receiving the vaccine in Hong Kong since the vaccine was introduced, adding to the total of six deaths since the vaccine was administered.

Earlier in the day, the leaders of the United States, Japan, India and Australia held a quadrilateral security dialogue. The Biden administration said the four countries will announce financing agreements to increase vaccine production capacity. The four countries pledged to help fund India’s production of at least one billion doses of the Chinese communist virus vaccine within a year.

Recently, Human Rights Watch published a report, “China’s Dangerous Game on the Chinese Communist Virus Vaccine,” in which it said the Chinese Communist Party is actively launching a disinformation campaign at Home and abroad in an attempt to stir up suspicion that the West is developing a Chinese Communist virus vaccine.

The report alleges that China’s major state-run media outlets, including Xinhua News Agency, People’s Daily and the English-language China Daily, have joined forces to hype the death of a senior Norwegian man who died after receiving the Pfizer vaccine, and accuse the Western media of downplaying the deaths. In fact, several news outlets have reported on the incident, and Norwegian authorities have stated that there is no evidence linking the death to the vaccine.

In addition, Liu Xin, a prominent anchor for the Chinese Communist Party’s official media, shared an unconfirmed report of 10 deaths in Germany that were attributed to the Pfizer vaccine, which was retweeted by “diplomatic War WolfZhao Lijian.

The report says Beijing is playing a dangerous game. Scaring people away from vaccines – by not releasing safety data on new domestic vaccines and constantly smearing foreign vaccines – will only serve to prolong the outbreak.
