Public resume shows that Zhang Daozhong was born in October 1949, is now 72 years old. He was the director of the Yuncheng Development and Reform Commission, a member of the party group and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Yuncheng Municipal People’s Congress, and retired in March 2010.

Previously, land media reported that Zhang Daozhong’s son, Qin Zhizhou, was the head of the crime syndicate. According to sources, Qin was arrested in September last year.
