A man will die for the sake of his friend, and a woman will look good for the sake of her friend.
It is human nature to love beauty.
As a senior college student, I have been in the skincare business for almost four years now.
I’ve been through a lot of hardships since I first started to become a recognized skincare expert in my circle of friends.
Today, I would like to share with you my experience in skincare for sensitive skin.
When it comes to sensitive skin, I’m sure many girls have a headache.
Because it is more difficult to take care of than normal skin, and there are more precautions to be taken; they also need to avoid allergens at all times, or else their faces will swell up.
The saddest thing is that many skin care products are not easy to try with sensitive skin for fear of stepping on a lightning bolt.
It’s as if you’re shopping for a certain piece of clothing, but when you try it on, you’re told it’s not available in your size, which would be awful.
There are two types of sensitive skin: congenital and man-made.
I, for one, am a perfect example of a person who has been born with sensitive skin due to a natural death.
The reason is this: I grew up with yellowish skin and tanned easily, so I always wanted to have fair skin.
One day, I saw a whitening product in my circle of friends that said it would give me a new lease of life in two months, and I was so impressed (yes!). It’s the damned micro-businesses! (Draw a circle curse!!!) .
In retrospect, I must have been out of my mind to buy this kind of three-nothing product at that time, but it was also super expensive (600+ for a box of three sets, I bought two sets of TT) and could have bought a big bottle of magic water …… OMG.
This product mostly contains hormones, so just start using the effect is particularly good, the skin is white and tender, simply the peak value of the angry fall!
But I never thought that in the second month problems would follow, acne crazy growth all over the face acne, it is disfiguring …. (Can’t bear to remember TT)
One night I woke up in the middle of the night with an itch on my face, I looked in the mirror and got scared, the whole thing swelled up like a pig’s head and my eyes couldn’t be opened.
Then I rushed to the hospital, where the doctor took a look at my face and said, “I’m seriously allergic to skin care products.
I had to lie at home for a week before the swelling went down. But my skin was already in trouble, and for the next six months I had recurring allergies and had to visit the hospital almost every two weeks. (A lesson learned, girls, don’t be like me, don’t get instant results, remember to run away when you see products labeled “instant results”)
Finally, I’ve tossed my previously envied skin into sensitive skin (I used to have very good skin, no other problems but darkness).
During the long period of repair and maintenance and product research for strategies, I finally slowly figured out a way to get sensitive skin care for myself.
Let’s start with a few notes.
The cuticle becomes very thin after allergy, so reject strong exfoliating products.
2. Be sure to protect yourself from the sun, whether it’s summer or winter, it’s best to use an umbrella and apply sunscreen. You know what? It takes at least three years to get back the cuticles that thinned from one allergy!
3. Use caution with whitening and products that contain alcohol or acids, and it’s a good idea to do a little testing before switching to a new skin care product. I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to do that, but I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to do that.
4. Look for your own allergens, and make sure to look at the ingredients list before choosing skincare products to avoid stepping on mines, and remember to choose skincare products with simple ingredients.
It’s a good idea to give up on makeup for those who are severely sensitive (you can wait until your allergies are not so severe before you put on makeup.
The next step is the much-anticipated recommendation of the good stuff! This guinea pig has been personally tested and is 99.9% reliable!
First, let’s put a picture of my once disfigured skin after more than a year of maintenance, knowing that it was full of acne marks! (It’s almost back to its original state now, and it’s white…) The little skin care expert is no slouch!

I’ll show you the chin.
Cleansers
Choice A: Mild Facial Cleanser
Recommended: Japanese facial cleansers, cheap and safe; cosmeceutical cleansers, made for sensitive skin.

Cosmetic Facial Cleanser
Option B: Handmade cold soap
Recommended: reliable handmade cold soap without soap base without fragrance, etc., natural, simple ingredients, suitable for daily cleansing.

Handmade cold soap
Spraying
Option A: Aromatherapy, pure lotion as a spray, used after cleansing and before lotion.
I recommend: I personally love the rose pure dew, whitening and hydrating first-class; all kinds of pure dew efficacy, bitter orange blossom whitening, lavender to acne marks, and so on, and pure dew is generally not expensive, apply the face is not distressing, you can choose according to their own needs.

Pure Dew
The disadvantages: a treasure on a mixed bag, the white people do not buy randomly, to buy can choose to buy foreign brands such as F family, O family, of course, you can also ask me privately, I am happy to share.
B choice: drugstore brand of hot spring water spray
I’ve used all of the French cosmeceutical brands, including Rinsen, Avène, Epsom, Vyvre and Evian. I like Rinsen the most (purely for personal reasons). I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to do that, but I’m sure I’m going to be able to do that, and I’m going to be able to do that, and I’m going to be able to do that.

Cosmetic Spray
Disadvantages: 300ml of Avène Rinsen spray can be purchased at prices ranging from 90 to 100+, which are on the expensive side; Epsom Evian is relatively cheap.
Water Essence Cream
Yes, my dear you read it right, it’s a water cream cream, remember this order.
Toner – Lotion – Serum – Cream.
I would recommend to use one set of water and milk, as it is the best way to maximize its effect.
It’s not impossible to mix and match, but the effect may not be as good as using the set.
A choice: Some entry-level Korean skin care products do a better job of replenishing water, and are more suitable for younger students. The most important thing to do is to choose a more high-end anti-wrinkle and anti-aging brand (relatively expensive, but it’s worth every penny!).
I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to afford it, but I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to afford it if I can’t afford to buy it.

Korean skin care products
B Choice: Most Japanese skin care products are gentle and inexpensive (I really love Japanese makeup), but again, high-end brands are still expensive and old blood.
I’ve bought their toner, 400ml for 100 yuan, which you can use to your heart’s content. It’s also fragrance-free, minimalist packaging that has won my heart.
There are also products like the Japanese Cosmo, Minon, Myojin, fancl, HABA, SANA, etc., etc. I can’t repeat them for three days. I could go on for days and nights without repeating myself, but these are some of the best things I’ve ever tried.

Japanese-style skin care products
Day makeup is simply a gospel for sensitive skin girls.

Japanese high-end brands
C Choice: French cosmeceuticals, you deserve to have.
Recommended: Avène, Rifaquan, Vivienne must be no stranger to everyone, now their counters are everywhere. They are specialized in the study of sensitive skin, so there is nothing wrong with them. I was so severely allergic in the beginning, and I relied on Avène’s products to repair it. It’s worth mentioning that Avène’s healing creams also have a role to play in the growth of stratum corneum, and I’m still using them.

French Medicinal Cosmetics
Choice D: Meditec and Deutsche Pharmacy. It’s been quietly popular for a few years, and I’ve tried a few reputable ones that are really good.
Recommendations: eucerin, sebas, cerave

Medela and Deutsche Pharmaceutica
Essence
A Choice: Whitening Serum. Who says you can’t whiten sensitive skin! As long as you choose the right products, we can still play in the limelight.
I’d like to recommend HAKU from Shiseido in Japan and Grape Seed Whitening Serum from Ottilio in France. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a gentle whitening serum that works so well. Trust me, you deserve it for sensitive skin.

Choice B: Hydrating Essence. What is the most hydrating and hot thing nowadays, of course, is hyaluronic acid, which is popular all over the world. But we don’t need to take injections, just one hyaluronic acid serum.

Affordable Hyaluronic Acid Serum
I’m sure you’ll be happy to know that I’m not going to be disappointed.

High-end Hydrating Serum
Choice C: Anti-Allergenic Repair Serums. This type of serum is more expensive than the hydration type, because hydration is easy and repair is much harder.
We recommend topix’s Green Tea Repair Serum, Vizi’s Ideal Skin Renewal Serum and Ottilie’s Sos Serum, all of which have first-rate reputations.

Anti-Allergenic Repair Serum
Eye Creams
Eye cream is a very easy area to step on, our eye skin is relatively delicate, a little irritation will be injured, and then cause wrinkles and cellulite and other problems. So we have to be more careful in the choice of eye cream as sensitive skin.
It’s a good idea to use a lot of the same techniques that you would use if you were to use a lot of the same products. Once your skin is well hydrated, other problems will be solved. Most of the brands I’ve recommended above have an eye cream line, and they’re all pretty good value for money. In the past, I used to use an eye gel from Rejuveno for fear of cellulite, and it’s very hydrating.
I’ve recently opened a new bottle of Annabelle’s Avocado Eye Cream, which is a new found good thing called the Eye Wrinkle Iron. It’s not as magical as the iron, but the results are visible. The only problem with it is that most of the avocado eye creams are oily and moisturizing, so it is not recommended for oily skin.
Self-use Eye Cream
Anti-Acne
Choice A: Aromatherapy Essential Oils
Recommended: lavender oil and tea tree oil (tip: lavender oil foot bath can help you sleep).

Lavender and Tea Tree Essential Oils
Choice B: Pharmacy
I’d like to recommend that RitSpring is second to none when it comes to curing acne on sensitive skin. The trio of KAL and DUO each have their own style, and no one can compare. If you have sensitive acne-prone skin, go and buy a set of R.F.’s Acne Clarifying Series, and you might be pleasantly surprised.
K Milk – Acne
DUO – Common Acne
AL – pustular acne
I’ve got to mention that I’m really in love with K Milk, which I’ve been allergic to for years now. It’s a great way to get rid of all the pimples, but it’s also a great way to unclog pores.
I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a problem with it, but I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a problem with it. The most important thing to do is to make sure that you have the right tools for the job. It’s a good idea to pick the one you like!

This is the end of the sharing of sensitive skin, if you don’t stop, I’m afraid that my own flood power is going to explode, write hundreds of thousands of words without stopping == (just kidding).
But I truly hope that this sharing will be of some help to you.
After all.
Every allergic girl is a little angel with broken wings in a past life ……
