According to the Washington Post, President-elect Biden announced the appointment of nine senior White House officials on Tuesday, including his close aides during the campaign.
According to the report, Biden’s team is continuing to move forward with the transition process. He also received national security briefings from experts outside the government, as Trump denied the Biden team access to current officials.
Incumbent President Trump has no activity on his public calendar, and he has largely stayed out of the public eye, venting his frustrations about the election only on Twitter, the report said.
