This state: hit and kill thugs while fleeing for their lives Immunity! Black life expensive a wailing!

The National Archives reports that Oklahoma passed a bill granting immunity to drivers who hit and killed and injured Black Lives Matter and Antifa thugs.

The report says drivers who hit violent rioters who impede traffic or assault motorists will not be held liable.

The Oklahoma House of Representatives passed a bill this week that would grant legal immunity to drivers who hit mobs when violent rioters block roads and attack vehicles. Such riots are often associated with rowdy “black-Life” thugs. The bill also increases penalties for individuals involved in looting and rioting.

House Bill 1674 passed overwhelmingly 79-18 on Wednesday, according to the Courthouse News.

The bill says, “A motorist who unintentionally causes injury or death to an individual if the individual’s injury or death occurs while the motorist is fleeing the riot …… is not criminally or civilly liable for the injury or death if there is reason to believe that flight was necessary to protect the motorist from serious injury or death.”

Motorists will also not be held liable if they “exercised due care at the Time of the death or injury.”

The legislation also increases the penalties for rioters and looters.

HB 1674 provides that “if any act of murder, maiming, robbery, rape, or arson is committed in the course of such riot, such person shall be punished in the same manner as the principal of such crime,” and that “such person shall be guilty, upon conviction, of a felony punishable by imprisonment.”

The bill has already generated intense anger and mass wailing from left-wing extremists who see the ability to obstruct traffic and attack passersby as vital to their political expression.

A bill authorizing Florida residents to shoot violent looters was drafted in November 2020.

“Florida’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis is moving forward with legislation that would authorize citizens to use deadly force to defend themselves and protect businesses against mobs of mass looters and rioters, which are also the style of violent left-wing political groups such as Black Lives Matter and Antifa.

A key component of DeSantis’ “anti-mob” legislation includes an expansion of the state’s famous “Stand Your Ground” law, which allows citizens to use deadly force if they fear for their lives.

The expansion gives citizens the right to use force against a mob that commits criminal damage and causes “disruption or impairment” of a business.

Robbery, which the draft defines as a “violent or disorderly assembly” within 500 feet of a Home invasion, would also be considered a crime that can be legally repelled with the use of force.”

Riots and looting related to the Black Lives Matter movement and Antifa are expected to regain intensity during the George Floyd murder trial.
