The mastermind of the “Vulgar Wiki” case again exposes details of abuse, including burning private parts and taking nude photos

On March 2 and 3, 2021, the “Vulgar Wiki” case, which was triggered by the leak of Xi Minze’s personal information, attracted a lot of attention. The lawyers appointed by Niu Tengyu (small picture), who was accused as the main offender and sentenced to 14 years in prison, including Bao Longjun and Wang Yu, rushed to the Guangdong Maoming court to submit formalities and request access to the file.

Niu Tengyu, who insists he was framed by police in the “Vulgar Wiki” case, again disclosed to his lawyers that he was abused by public security officials, including stripping naked and taking photos to humiliate him and burning his private parts. In addition, a group of overseas people concerned about the incident signed a letter to Xi Jinping‘s daughter Xi Mingze, hoping that she, as a victim of personal information leakage, should defend her rights through the law, rather than using police power to fabricate unjust cases. The “Vulgar Wiki” case has entered the appeal process, the main offender Niu Tengyu’s defense lawyer Bao Longjun went south to Guangdong Maoming on Tuesday (2) to meet with Niu Tengyu again in the detention center.

During the meeting, Niu disclosed the details of his torture. Bao Longjun cited Niu Tengyu’s horrific experience to the station on Thursday (4). He said that the police used a lighter to burn Niu Tengyu’s private parts and injected saline. During the period, nine nude photos were taken and posted in a photo album called “vulgar Niu Tengyu”.

The company said: Teng Yu, he was in prison in Foshan, especially in late 2019, early January 2020 a few days, he was hung up by a Chen naked insult, but also took a lighter to burn his private parts, but also playfully took him nine photos, meaning “vulgar cattle Teng Yu”, take this to insult cattle Teng Yu. The surnamed Chen said he was in his 30s and had a daughter, I think he also has children, you so get a child, is very bad behavior.

Bao Longjun submitted to the Guangdong Maoming Intermediate Court on Tuesday and Wednesday for two consecutive days to represent him and request access to the file. But the second trial judge Zhang Shuming still did not show up, and the hospital only provided more than 40 volumes of the total 79 volumes of the Niu Tengyu case. Bao Longjun said they will continue to request access to all the case files and believe they can find more details, including the names of those who tortured Niu Tengyu, and will sue the relevant departments or individuals for their illegal actions.

Niu Tengyu’s mother denounced the police as inhumane, and she fainted after learning details of her son’s torture.

The mother of Niu Teng Yu said: I fainted at once when I saw this, I originally knew only hanged Teng Yu, I would never have dreamed that he would be so insulting to our Teng Yu, they actually do such nasty, rogue things to a 20-year-old child, I thought at that Time, this must be a case of injustice! Why else would they torture a child so much, if it were true, it would need to torture him so much and refer him to a small dark room? This is a shame.

In addition, the “Overseas Youth Concerned about the 24 Wronged” sent a joint letter to Xi Jinping’s daughter Xi Mingze on Thursday (4), asking if Xi had any knowledge of the “vulgar Wiki” case that resulted from the leak of her personal information.

The letter said they had learned that throughout the case, police tortured 24 teenagers who were framed, and induced and threatened witnesses to testify falsely, so they continued to track the truth of the case.

They also expressed in the letter that they believe Xi Mingze, who is highly educated and civilized, will also be filled with righteous indignation when he learns the truth. They called on Xi Mingze, as a victim of personal information leakage, to use the law to defend his rights; not to resort to police power to solve the problem. I hope that Xi and his father Xi Jinping will learn the truth about the case and bring justice to the 24 convicted persons.

One of the co-signers, Australian student Wu Le Bao, told the station that he hoped Xi Mingze would read the letter and speak up for the 24 victims from his conscience and legal facts.

These young people were persecuted, tortured and sentenced because of Xi Mingze’s privacy leak, Wu Le Bao said. It is possible for Xi Mingze to read this letter, and I hope she will stand up for the persecution these young people have suffered from her conscience, from the facts, and from the law. As the daughter of the highest leader, Xi Mingze could have gone through the normal legal process when her rights were violated, but if she couldn’t, and instead had to go through some unorthodox means, she should also ask “what is wrong with Chinese law?

On March 4, 2021, a group of young people from overseas sent a letter to Xi Mingze, asking him to learn the truth about the “Vulgar Wiki” case and expressing concern about the situation of the 24 people who were sentenced. (Courtesy of overseas sources)
Mr. L, the overseas editor-in-chief of Chinawiki, who has publicly admitted responsibility for Xi Mingze’s personal information case, also said that whether Xi Mingze reads the letter or not, it has served its purpose of once again revealing to the outside world the extreme injustice of the case.

Mr. L said: This open letter is very right, the police in Maoming did not catch any of the “main criminals”, they only caught those who are completely unrelated to the “vulgar wiki”, taking these unrelated people to take the blame, showing their incompetence in handling the case. I think this letter is not for Xi Mingze himself to see, but to analyze this matter to show that this procedure is extremely unjust from any angle and in any way.

In May 2019, after an overseas website exposed the personal information of Xi Jinping’s daughter Xi Mingze and brother-in-law Deng Jiagui, the Guangdong Maoming Internet Police, one of the units handling the case, arrested and prosecuted 24 members of the “Vulgar Wiki” in mainland China. Among them was 20-year-old Niu Tengyu, who was charged with being the main culprit and sentenced to 14 years and a fine of 130,000 yuan.
