Trevor Loudon, a well-known author and filmmaker, said in a recent interview that the left wing of the Democratic Party is now pushing socialist policies and ideas all over the United States in an attempt to control the country. But the people who love America and the Constitution are still in the majority, and they can achieve victory against socialism without resorting to violence if they do not give up hope and organize.
When socialists carry out a revolution, they try to demoralize the population, shock them and make them feel that there is no hope and no point in resisting it, Loudon said.
“But a lot of this is bluster,” he said, adding that most people in the United States love their country and their Constitution, they love God and want the best for their families. These people “still make up the majority of this country, they still have the most economic purchasing power, they still have the most votes.
Loudon explained that if the majority realizes they have power, they can win without resorting to violence. “The only way we lose is if we give up, and that’s what they’re trying to get us to do.”
The Democratic Party’s path to socialism
Loudon said the communist wing within the Democratic Party is the Congressional Progressive Caucus, formed by the Communist Party USA and the Democratic Socialists of America. The caucus is made up of 93 House members and one senator. Its members control many congressional committees and have proposed socialist policies and ideas such as a Green New Deal, a $15 minimum wage, a ban on shale oil extraction, a critique of race theory, changes to the voting process and an expansion of the number of Supreme Court justices.
He added that some of the policies currently being developed by the group are aimed at attacking religious freedom and free speech. For example, the Equality Act recently passed by the House of Representatives prohibits churches from denying Marriage services to gay couples, which contradicts the church’s religious beliefs. If someone expresses their belief that there are only two genders, that would also be considered illegal.
Another socialist policy introduced in February was a one-day “hiatus” in the military ordered by Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin to assess extremism and racism in the armed forces. “This is Marxist stuff, probably to cleanse the military of Trump supporters, patriots, Christians and those who dare to defend the Constitution, so that the military can be left-winged and used to take full control of the country,” Loudon said.
Also in February, President Joe Biden called on Congress to enact stricter gun laws that would ban assault weapons and eliminate exemptions for gun manufacturers. In response, Loudon said making gun manufacturers liable for gun violence “would end the manufacture of guns in America and thus effectively end the Second Amendment to the Constitution, which is designed not only to protect families and communities from criminals, but also to provide checks and balances on government.
Another socialist policy, according to Loudon, is the Democratic plan to “bring more than 50 percent of U.S. land into government ownership within the next 25 years. This process would be controlled by the Interior Department.
Biden’s nominee for interior secretary is Democratic U.S. Rep. Deb Haaland of New Mexico, who is also vice chairman of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. The petition to nominate Haaland is being led by Judith LeBlanc, former vice chairman of the Communist Party USA and head of the Native Organizers Alliance, Loudon said.
Loudon argued that if Harlan is appointed, a Communist Party patron will oversee massive land seizures across the country.
Loudon criticized Biden’s executive order, saying it would implement “every element of the communist agenda,” which includes fully socializing health care and granting statehood to Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. “And it would increase the number of senators and make it easier for Democrats to maintain control of the Senate.”
Shortly after taking office, Biden reversed several border security measures already in place by the Trump Administration, including: temporarily suspending deportations of illegal aliens, reversing President Trump’s travel ban on terrorist-ridden countries, suspending border wall construction and sending a comprehensive immigration package to Congress that includes Amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants.
Loudon said, “If Lenin were in the White House today, he would do exactly what Biden and Vice President He Jingli did, and there would be no significant differences. That’s Leninism.”
Free states and grassroots movements should work together
Loudon said the Democratic Party’s communist agenda must be stopped in the next two years “in order to have meaningful elections in 2022.” To that end, he suggested that free states such as Florida and Texas should form a coalition and have another 15 to 20 states join, stretching from the Florida Keys to the Canadian border.
The purpose of forming a coalition is not to repeal but to exercise the Tenth Amendment right to tell the federal government that states will not do unconstitutional things and will defy unconstitutional orders it issues, Loudon said.
The Tenth Amendment defines the relationship between the federal government and the states: “The powers not delegated to the United States (federal government) by the Constitution, or not prohibited by it from being given to the States, (are) reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
At the lower levels, a grassroots movement needs to begin, forming a national network of the Tea Party movement, the Trump movement, grassroots Republicans and patriotic Democrats in order to eliminate radical left-wing candidates from both parties in the primaries and put up MAGA (Make America Great Again) candidates.
About 80 million people voted for Trump and his “Make America Great Again” agenda, and they form the majority of the voter base, Loudon said. He added that this base just needs to be organized, much like how the Democrats put forward their candidates.
Loudon also advocated a boycott of non-Patriot companies and support for Patriot companies. He said, “We have the majority, we have the purchasing power and the economic power, we just need to organize and resist the Marxists’ struggle for power together.”
Loudon concluded that people need to realize that if they don’t help themselves, no one will help them, so they need to fight to revive the country. “When we win, it will be a very sweet victory, and it will be a very lasting one, because we did it ourselves, not someone else did it for us.”
