According to Xinhua’s text transcript, Li Keqiang said today in his government report about the CPC’s military work that it will comprehensively strengthen military training and preparation for war.
After Li Keqiang’s work report, according to the government’s draft budget report released by the Ministry of Finance, the CPC defense budget for this year is RMB 1 trillion 355.3 billion, an increase of 6.8% over last year, higher than last year’s 6.6% growth, and has exceeded RMB trillion for five consecutive years.
