WHO New Crown Origins Investigation Team’s Interim Report on Wuhan Investigation to be Voided

The World health Organization (WHO) team investigating the origins of COVID-19 plans to scrap an interim report from a recent trip to China to investigate it. Tensions between Beijing and Washington over the investigation have been rising, and there are calls from international groups of scientists to reopen a new inquiry.

“The full report is expected to be released in the next few weeks,” WHO spokesman Tarik Jasarevic said in an emailed response from Geneva, according to Reuters.

There is no additional information yet on the delayed release of the WHO expert panel’s findings from its trip to Wuhan.
