Pregnant mother infected with epidemic! 9-month-old baby “died in the womb” and was also tested for the Chinese Communist virus

A pregnant woman in Kefar Sava, Israel, who was 36 weeks (about 9 months) pregnant, was diagnosed with communist pneumonia. Although she went to the hospital for treatment, she still unfortunately gave birth to a stillborn baby on the 27th. The doctor said that the baby died in the mother’s womb and tested positive.

The Times of Israel and other foreign media reported that the pregnant woman gave birth to a stillborn baby at the Meir Medical Center on the 27th. The hospital said it could not yet confirm that the baby’s death was caused by pneumonia. However, the doctors did not say whether other possibilities have been ruled out.

This is the second similar case in Israel, where a 29-year-old woman who was 25 weeks pregnant in early February developed a fever and other symptoms and was taken to Assuta Hospital in Ashdod two days later, where she was diagnosed with CCP pneumonia and her stillborn baby tested positive.

The Israeli Ministry of health said at the Time that the case was rare worldwide and the first of its kind in the country. Physicians at the hospital believe that the fetus was likely infected through the placenta and later died of CCP.

Tal Brosh, chief of the Infectious Diseases Division, noted that the hospital had previously had three stillbirths from infected pregnant women, but none of the babies were infected. He believes that if mothers had been vaccinated earlier, they might have been able to prevent a similar situation from happening again.

Dr. Yossi Tobin, chief obstetrician and gynecologist, also believes that the fetus is infected in the womb. He explained that babies are usually infected only after they are born and come into contact with their mothers, and “the fact that we found out that they had (tested) positive in the womb means that the fetus probably died of C.C.P.”
