The Gateway Pundit posted on Saturday that today, Dr. Serling, who has done much to uncover the truth about the CCP virus, reported that back on December 12, 2019, Dr. Barrick of the University of North Carolina signed an agreement to obtain “an mRNA CCP virus vaccine candidate jointly developed and owned by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and Modena, Inc.” for evaluation. Dr. Serling is an expert on CCP viruses, with a focus on the international information technology (IT) and pharmaceutical industries, medical research, and is a retired colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve and a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan.
Barrick is a long-Time coronavirus researcher at the University of North Carolina and is closely related to Zhengli Shi of the Wuhan Institute of Virology.In 2015, both Shi and Dr. Barrick worked on a team that published an article in Nature Medicine in 2015 discussing that bat coronaviruses can appear in humans.
However, this report was published before 2014 when the U.S. Department of health sent a letter to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill announcing the withdrawal of funding for this project, which mentioned Dr. Barrick.
The study could not continue in the United States, so it was continued at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China. It is clear from Zhengli Shi’s paper and CV that they have successfully isolated the virus in the lab and are actively conducting experiments on interspecies transmission.
Barich is indeed a logical candidate to test the efficacy of an mRNA vaccine. However, the time of December 12, 2019, predates the reporting of the CCP virus outbreak in the West by several months. In the West, the Gateway Pundit was the first to report the CCP virus leak and also suspected that the virus came from the Wuhan Virus Institute on April 9, 2020.

In other words, Dr. Barrick and Dr. Fauci probably knew about the CCP virus for a long time, and Fauci and Moderna were probably working on a vaccine for the CCP virus in late 2019, before the West announced the CCP virus. By that time, the Moderna vaccine was ready for human trials.
Why did the US start testing a vaccine for the CCP virus before the Western world even knew about it? When did Dr. Fauci and Dr. Barrick discover that the CCP virus was leaked in Wuhan? How did they know about it?
