Trump strikes another way to build super PAC Expert: Biden approves funding for Chinese Communist military A belated victory: Arizona judge rules

Find another way! Fox News reports that Trump has given up on forming a new party, but is forming a new super PAC.

Biden gives another big gift to the Chinese Communist Party! Recently Biden signed an executive order revoking Trump’s order to prevent Americans from funding Chinese Communist military companies, opening the door for Wall Street to fund the CCP.

On Thursday (25) the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Equality Act, which the prominent pastor pointed out as a dangerous step towards.

A belated victory! On Friday (Feb. 26), an Arizona judge ruled that the state Senate can access Maricopa County’s general election ballots and election equipment.

On Wednesday, the House passed a bill to boycott Beijing‘s Winter Olympics propaganda, and the White House later said it had not yet decided to participate.

Trump abandons formation of new party, but finds another way

Former President Donald Trump is forming a new political action committee (PAC) and is considering letting his longtime political adviser and aide Corey Lewandowski lead the new super PAC, multiple sources familiar with the matter confirmed, according to Fox News.

Trump held a meeting with his political team at his residence in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, last weekend, the report said. The group included 2020 campaign managers Bill Stepien and Brad Parscale, senior adviser Jason Miller, former White House social media director Dan Scavino, and Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr. (Donald Trump Jr.)

But sources familiar with the meeting said the plan for a new PAC has not been finalized.

Miller said, “We expect to make a formal announcement in the next few weeks about the entire team, which will include some very talented people who have not yet been named.” “MAGA (‘Make America Great Again’) supporters and candidates who support President Trump’s ‘America First’ agenda will be impressed with the political activity taking place there (in the new PAC). “

Trump has recently vowed to continue to lead the way for the Republican Party moving forward, and has pledged to support some of the leading candidates to challenge the Republicans who will run in the 2022 re-election. Those Republicans have opposed him in the past or did not support his efforts to reverse last year’s election results.

The latest polls show that the former president remains popular and influential with Republican voters. He also has great influence over most Republicans in Congress.

Immediately after the election last November, Trump set up a leadership PAC called Save America, raising tens of millions of dollars.

A leadership PAC is different from a super PAC. The former has limits on the amount of cash it can raise; the latter is allowed to raise and spend an unlimited amount of money.

China Expert: Biden Approves Funding for Chinese Communist Military

President Joe Biden has been busy issuing executive orders since taking office, focusing on reversing the policies of former President Donald Trump (R-Trump). Now, Biden has rescinded Trump’s order preventing Americans from funding the Chinese Communist Party’s military, leaving the door wide open for Wall Street to fund the CCP.

In response to Biden’s reversal of Trump’s order to invest in permits, Gordon Chang, a China expert and senior fellow at the Gatestone Institute, a U.S. think tank, and Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI), a Czech think tank, said that the Chinese government’s investment in the Communist Party of China (CPC) is not a good idea. Gordon Chang, a China expert and senior fellow at the Gatestone Institute, and Roger Robinson, director of the Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI), the U.S. affiliate of the Czech think tank Prague, held a discussion.

On Jan. 26, the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued General License No. 1A, a new executive order that allows U.S. persons to continue acquiring stock in certain companies associated with the Communist China Military Corporation (CCMC) until May 27. Previously, the Trump Administration set a deadline of Jan. 28.

The permission delays some of the provisions of President Trump’s landmark Executive Order 13959, issued on Nov. 12, 2020.

Executive Order 13959 prevents investors from buying or owning stock in any company designated as CCMC-related, subject to the wind-down provisions. In short, Trump ordered Americans to stop funding the CCP’s military, said Gordon Chang. There are currently 44 companies designated as off-limits for investment, including leading Chinese chipmaker Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp. and China National Offshore Oil Corp.

Biden’s order fundamentally “undermines” Trump’s order to invest in dozens of Chinese Communist companies that are supposed to be off-limits, Mr. Zhang said.

The Biden Administration caved in,” Mr. Zhang said. Wall Street, which fiercely opposed Trump’s executive order, now has plenty of Time to work for its repeal.”

Robinson responded that changing Trump’s order would only enrich Wall Street and Beijing at the expense of American security, fundamental values and investor protection.

Gordon Chang agrees with Robinson and insists that the right thing to do is to prevent Americans from investing in any Chinese companies, whether or not they are now officially designated as Communist Party military companies.

As Richard Fisher, senior fellow for Asian military affairs at the International Assessment and Strategy Center, a U.S. think tank, put it, China’s civil-military integration means that the military has the right to prey on any non-military Chinese company to obtain what it believes can enhance its military power.

Wall Street, with the help of the White House, is funding the Chinese Communist Party, while most Americans are unaware that their pensions and other savings are being used to fund the destruction of their own adversaries.

Every dollar that goes into a Chinese company, whether state-run or private, is enriching a regime that has declared a “people’s war” against the United States, Zhang emphasized. Therefore, every Chinese company should be off-limits to American investment.

Prominent American Pastor: The Equality Act is Dangerously Unrelated to Equality

On Thursday (25), the U.S. House of Representatives voted 224:206 to pass the Equality Act, which would explicitly include sexual orientation and gender identity in the scope of protections, while also extending protections to employment, housing, loan applications, Education, public accommodations and many other areas, and which has sparked heated debate.

Leading U.S. evangelical pastor Franklin Graham has lashed out at the so-called Equality Act, insisting it is a “smokescreen to force Americans to accept the LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) agenda of the gay community group.

The Rev. Graham tweeted that the Equality Act has nothing to do with equality, but would instead create a lot of inequality for people of faith, and that it would punish individuals and organizations that disagree based on their moral convictions.

Graham followed up with a longer Facebook post listing some of the serious problems.

If passed into law, the Equality Act could prohibit all Jewish, Protestant, Catholic, Islamic and other religious organizations and churches from employing only those who share their beliefs.

The Equality Act would also destroy women’s sports in America by allowing biological males who choose to be identified as female to compete with all women of their age for titles, scholarships, and accolades.

The Equality Act would erase women’s privacy, including in locker rooms, fitting rooms, homeless shelters, restrooms and other places.

Graham said the bill’s fundamental fault is that it rejects biological differences between men and women in the name of gender ideology. He wrote, “God made us male and female, and that’s that. Humans have been around for about 6,000 years, and it’s only in the last few years that people have come up with these additional designations of gender identity.”

Graham concluded by warning that the bill was “very dangerous” and encouraged his 9.6 million followers to write to their representatives in Congress and other political figures to let their voices be heard.

Graham wrote: “Ask your senators to vote no on the Equality Act and pray that God will move the hearts of these members and shine a light on the dangers before us.”

Biden made clear his support for the Equality Act before last year’s election and said it would be one of his top priorities. It would take at least 60 votes to pass the bill in the Senate to make it happen.

House pushes bill to boycott Beijing Winter Olympics promotion, White House says no decision yet to participate

The Beijing Winter Olympics are 11 months away. Because of the Chinese Communist Party’s brutal persecution of human rights, there has been an international boycott of the Winter Olympics. Recently, the U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee passed a bill to prevent the Chinese Communist Party from using the Winter Olympics to whitewash its image. The White House has also changed its statement from “no intention to boycott the Winter Olympics” to “undecided whether to participate”.

On Wednesday (Feb. 25), a White House press secretary told the media that the White House “has not made a final decision” on whether the U.S. will participate in next year’s Winter Olympics in Beijing, and will seek the advice of the U.S. Olympic Committee.

Previously, several members of Congress have proposed resolutions or sent letters to the White House calling for a boycott of the Beijing Winter Olympics.

The American values and Security in International Athletics Act, introduced by House Foreign Affairs Committee Ranking Member Michael McCaul (R-Texas) on the 23rd, was quickly placed on the agenda of the Foreign Affairs Committee. The American Values and Security in International Athletics Act was quickly placed on the Foreign Affairs Committee agenda and passed without opposition on Wednesday.

The bill is designed to inform U.S. athletes about threats to human rights, privacy and security posed by host countries, and to discourage host countries that persecute human rights from improving their image through international events.

Speaking before the Foreign Affairs Committee, McCall said the Chinese Communist Party had used the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing to whitewash its image and that introducing the bill now would help protect U.S. athletes from persecution and prevent the Communist Party from using the Winter Olympics for propaganda purposes.

Because of the Chinese Communist Party’s live organ harvesting and human rights persecution in Xinjiang and Hong Kong, more than 180 groups worldwide have joined together to boycott the Beijing Winter Olympics. Parliamentarians from many countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, have also asked their governments to boycott.

Arizona Judge Rules in Election Fraud Case

A judge ruled Friday (Feb. 26) that the Arizona Senate can obtain 2.1 million ballots and election equipment from Arizona’s most populous county in order to audit votes for the 2020 presidential election.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason issued the decision following months of continuous confrontation between Republican members of the state Senate and the Maricopa County Board of Elections over the election dispute.

In his ruling, Thomason agreed with the state Senate across the board, saying the subpoena “is legal and enforceable.

“There is no question that senators have the authority to issue legislative subpoenas” and “meet the statutory requirements for a legislative subpoena,” Thomason wrote. The Senate also has broad constitutional authority to oversee elections.”

“The Arizona Legislature clearly has the authority to investigate and review elections,” the ruling said, and the subpoenas do not violate the separation of powers doctrine. The production of subpoenaed materials would not violate secrecy laws.”

State Senate President Karen Vann has said she hopes the audit will somehow prove whether President Joe Biden’s victory was legitimate.

The state Senate has repeatedly wanted an audit before, and the county board of supervisors has refused to turn over the actual ballots or tabulating machines, saying the ballots were kept secret by law and the machines would be compromised as a result.
