The third day of the impeachment process for former President Trump has ended, with the Democratic impeachment manager completing 16 hours of speeches in the Senate. On Feb. 12, Trump’s legal team will begin its defense. Trump attorney David Schoen said on Thursday the 11th that leftist House members, despite presenting new video and footage, were unable to link Trump to the riots that occurred on January 6, and that they wanted to end the impeachment as soon as possible because of the complete lack of evidence in this impeachment case.
Sean said in an interview with FoxNews.com on the 11th that the Democrats were just showing the heartbreaking videos of what happened on Capitol Hill over and over again during the impeachment hearings, but those videos had absolutely nothing to do with Trump.
He argued that the left used the Big Law team to make a movie, but couldn’t connect the movie to Trump because the idea that the left made that Trump instigated the riots doesn’t exist.
The left is repeatedly showing the tragedy on Capitol Hill, the deaths, and wants people to connect it to Trump, but Trump has nothing to do with it,” he said. Yet all of this is in opposition to the healing process that America is going through, the unity that America hopes to achieve and the accountability for the transgressions that have done so much harm to the American people and torn them apart.”
Sean said he would denounce in his defense the hypocrisy of the left, which has called for street riots in protests similar to the “Black Lives Matter” protests last year, but falsely claimed that Trump’s Jan. 6 call for people to fight for change had caused fear. Shawn said his defense would make some lawmakers look bad.
Analysts at the Washington Times said Trump supporters have been critical of the left and the U.S. mainstream media for rarely condemning mob violence at the Black Lives Matter and anarchist protests that erupted in the streets of Seattle, Portland and elsewhere last year.
Custer, another defense attorney, said the leftist congressman did not present anything new during the eight-hour hearing on Feb. 11.
Custer said, “We said on the 10th that we have no doubt that violating an act of Congress is a terrible thing and that those mob violence is an abomination to President Trump, and the fact that we didn’t hear anything new today is a fact that I wonder why we sat through eight hours of watching one video that wasn’t worth debating. “
Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky and Sen. Mike Lee of Utah both estimated that the Senate impeachment hearings would end with Trump being declared not guilty.
The report said Senate Democrats are also considering that this impeachment may end up fruitless, and that all the efforts of the House impeachment manager are trying to stop Trump from holding public office again by pushing for a 14th Amendment censure of Trump.
